Overall Experience
I can't rate St. John's staff highly enough. After a really horrid time when, as a family, we were faced with moving my 95 yr old mum the staff were warm, welcoming, and caring. They listened to mum's needs, were flexible and supportive. The food is really great and they provide alternatives where necessary. They have also added some entertainment that my mum previously loved into their programme. Mum, has unfortunately been ill since arriving, but again, the staff have been proactive in caring for her. It's been a really positive move after such a traumatic time.
