Our uncle has been settling in to Meadow View for the last week. Staff have helped him and the family to make us all feel welcome and settled in. Staff have been very kind and thoughtful reassuring our uncle when he has been confused about his new surroundings. The home has a very relaxed and informal

Very happy with care of relative with early onset dementia. Staff are very kind, caring and supportive to him and myself. Relatives feels relaxed and happy here. Food is excellent and plentiful. All staff from nursing, clerical, catering, housekeeping, laundry and home maintenance are friendly and caring.
As relative is deteriorating staff display only understanding and patience and my relative is treated with dignity.

The staff and management at Meadow View go above and beyond to ensure my mum's needs and ours as a family are always met. Mum has settled into the home very quickly, helped by the cheerfulness of the staff. She has a lovely room which we have been able to make her own. The manager and his team respond
immediately to any questions I have and have helped us to settle Mum in. Everyone is always so happy and welcoming every time family visit my mum. I'm very grateful she's where she is.

My aunt is at Meadow View Care Home, Irchester, where she has been living for the past few years, and I couldn't be more pleased with how happy she is there. The staff and the new management team are incredibly helpful and attentive, always ensuring her comfort and wellbeing. The food is delicious,
and the overall decor of the home is both lovely and welcoming, creating a warm and homely atmosphere. Meadow View Care Home is rated Good in last CQC inspection, and I highly recommend Meadow View for anyone seeking excellent care in a truly wonderful environment. Five stars all around!

I couldn't be more pleased with the care provided to my mum at Meadow View Care Home. The staff are truly outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure she not only gets top-notch nursing care, but also feels safe and comfortable.
The home itself is warm and inviting and has a calm atmosphere.

My family friend has been living there for a year, and I visit her often. The care home has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with staff who are genuinely caring and attentive. My friend is well looked after, and I've seen residents enjoying various activities led by a wonderful coordinator. The nurses

Mum recently moved here in July 2024 and has settled in really quickly. There are always plenty of staff around to help the residents with whatever they require. Mum has reported that the food is excellent. They even take her to church on Sunday and to Women's Institutes once a month so she can still
interact with her village friends.

My husband arrived in December 2023. The care he has received is exemplary. The staff from the cleaners to the manager are caring, considerate, professional and above all consider all the needs of my husband and myself. I would fully recommend the care home to anyone, nothing is too much.

Very happy with the care Mum receives. The carers genuinely care about Mum and regularly keep me up to date with how she's doing and report any concerns. The food there is excellent and the staff are friendly and cheerful.

Cottage staff are friendly, approachable and caring. The staff are welcoming, warm, clean and it had a nice homely feel to it. Food is always served hot and varied and her room is clean. You can add personal items to your room to make them feel settled.


The notice board show a variety of activities

that they can participate in. The nurses/staff have been the same since we arrived, which shows stability and familiar faces to the patients, making them feel at ease. My nan doesn't seem to appreciate what a nice place Cottage is due to her illness. It's important and we know that she's being well looked after.

My mother has been in this care home for about 4 months now, the staff are absolutely brilliant and the care my mother receives is 5 stars, I would highly recommend The Cottage at Irchester to anyone as they can be sure that the care their loved ones will get will go far beyond the call of duty. I cannot
rate this place highly enough, if it was possible to give it a 100-star rating then I would.
The care staff treat my 85-year-old mother with care and dignity and she also has a really good relationship with them all. The girl on reception always makes you feel at home and even offers me a cup of coffee - now that's service. Thanks for all you do for our mum, she deserves the best and in you, we found the best.
