Fine, completely acceptable. Helpful. I'm new to the experience of a care home as mum hasn't been here very long but so far all is good. Thanks for caring for mum at this home, was the only one of four that would accept and be capable of looking after mums health and mental health needs.
I find this home absolutely wonderful, everybody staff are so friendly and helpful. Mum is always in a good way, happy and well dressed and clean. I always get offered a cup of tea! Food is delightful, choice etc.
My father continues to be well cared for at The Cottage. The staff seem to have more time to chat with residents and always show friendliness and compassion. The home is between managers at the moment so I hope when a new manager is appointed they continue the improvements that have happened in recent months.
