We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your positive experience with Brackley Care Home. It is very reassuring to hear your observations regarding our staff team, they all go above and beyond to care for our residents and to make our home the best that it can be. I will be sure to share your feedback with all at Brackley Care Home.
I arranged a weeks respite for my husband i was anxious about leaving him as it was the first time he's been out of my care The staff and residents made both him and myself feel very welcome. His room was lovely with a view On to the courtyard gardens. I stayed for lunch the food was tasty and there was plenty of it. he had a bit of a wobble when it came time to leave and the staff were very reassuring and I was happy to leave him in their care. I was updated on how he had settled in and on the couple of occasions when he got confused they called me and we had a chat. He seems to have enjoyed himself and made himself known to everyone. Overall it was a positive experience for both of us and I will certainly send him there for more respite weeks. I would fully recommend brackley care home there's plenty of daily activities and many community afternoons and the residents all seem settled. Visitors were welcomed and theres coffee and cakes always available. Thank you
Your kind words regarding our staff's professionalism and attentiveness mean a lot to us. We will...
My mother has been a resident of Brackley care home for several months now and I have found the staff to be caring and supportive. My mother has had some challenging times and I have found the staff supportive and caring. The facilities are modern and well appointed. The GP support is excellent. The activities are engaging and the staff make a real effort to engage the residents. Thank you Brackley care home.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Your kind words will mean a lot to our incredible staff team.
My husband was a resident in the Brackley Nursing Home from December, 2025 until just before his death in hospital in April, 2026. He had vascular dementia with increasing mobility problems which eventually left him bedridden. He had had previous respite care in the home and enjoyed the relaxed surroundings and the care he received. So becoming a full-time resident wasn't a problem for him. Over the months of deterioration until his death, my husband received loving care from all the staff, nurses and healthcare assistants. He wasn't able to take part in most of the variety of activities offered - but he was given the choice. He enjoyed the atmosphere and surroundings. He felt both valued and safe.
I wish to thank you for your very kind words as I know this will mean a lot to my team. They go above and beyond to provide the care to our residents and families so it is nice to hear you feel part of the Brackley Care Home family. I will be sure to share your words with the team.
Brackley Care Home provides a wonderful respite home for my sister from time to time. The care & support they provide enables her to rebuild her strength & confidence after medical incidents, in a friendly and inspiring environment. The dedicated team are always responsive to my sister's specific needs and this allows us to relax, knowing she is being expertly cared for by her second family!
I would like to say thank you for taking the time to write this review. It is always a pleasure to have your sister here with us and we love seeing how she flourishes on her weekly volunteering role on a Friday. We look forward to her next break here with us. Thank you for your kind words.
My brother and I were at a loss, we knew that the day would come when we would need to find care for our parents, but two Thursdays before Christmas took us by surprise.
Having spoken to several local homes I contacted Brackley and was overwhelmed by the initial response, my brother was impressed with the standard of the facilities and the warmth and care practices evident with all staff.
Dad absolutely loves being there, raves about the quality of the food, and is an active participant in many of the activities.
Whenever either my brother or I visit we remain hugely impressed by the staff and the absolute quality and cleanliness of the site, Dad could not be happier, and is delighted to see Mum when we take her in as she continues recovery from a series of health issues.
Thank you to ALL staff for your care and skill
Thank you for taking the time to complete this review. We are pleased to hear your Dad is settled with us and enjoying life here at Brackley Care Home. I will share your kind words with our team.
She likes to be involved in the daily activities, especially the arts and crafts. The minibus outings are another favourite. When problems arise they are sorted out quickly. Anniversaries and birthdays are remembered and the cakes are delicious. Eating is not high on her priorities, but the carers always make sure she is provided for. The whole house is very clean and tidy.
I now don't have to worry so much and a huge weight has been lifted.
I will share your words with our whole team.
We moved my elderly mum into Brackley Care Home recently and can say that all the staff at Brackley have been wonderful. Particularly, Julie who handled all the onboarding and smoothed out the process. The facilities are all modern, the staff courteous and helpful and the food is excellent. It's a nice and peaceful environment even if it appears close to an industrial estate!
Thank you for taking the time to complete such a meaningful review. It is a real pleasure to look after your Mum, she is a true delight. We have a dedicated kitchen team who work tirelessly to ensure our residents are happy with the level of food provided, I will be sure to pass on your compliments.
We are happy with the continued care that is being given to my sister in law.
I would like to say thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are pleased to learn you are happy with the care that is being provided.
My Father has been in Brackley Care Home since December 2025, we had a family crisis and the staff at the home really helped us to get him some for respite care initially. This has now become a permanent care home for his ongoing care. At home Dad was quite sedentary and had lost his zest for life. The care home has been giving him stimulating exercises and classes and he is absolutely thriving on them and his sparkle is back in his eye.
The level of care he gets is incredibly high and we drop in on him unannounced and always find him clean, comfortable and he absolutely raves about how good the food is.
All the staff I meet are incredibly helpful and we are kept informed of any issues that need dealing with straightaway.
My father is a very happy man in the home and we feel he is in the right place for him.
Thank you for taking the time leave such a wholesome review. We are pleased to hear your farther is enjoying life here at Brackley Care Home and you are happy with the care provided. I will share your kind words with our team.
When my wife was admitted into Brackley I was told that both her and myself would become part of the the Brackley family, and they have been true to there words. They have given me so much time and support. Every member of staff that I have talked to has shown me kindness and empathy.
God bless all of them.
I wish to thank you for your very kind words as I know this will mean a lot to my team. They go above and beyond to provide the care to our residents and families so it is nice to hear you feel part of the Brackley Care Home family. I will be sure to share your words with the team.

Mother is happy at the home and we do not need to worry about her care. She regards the staff as her new family.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this review. I will share your kind words with the team.
My mother is in BCH and from the start of her stay both she (and us as a family) have felt very supported. The team are professional warm and friendly. She receives great care and the staff are attentive to her needs. My mother participates in many of the very well organised activities, and the activity team are enthusiastic and encouraging. The home is extremely well run & management approachable & supportive.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this review. Our team really do go above and beyond to provide the highest standard of care and ensure you all feel welcome. I will share you feedback with the team.
Wonderful care, entertainment and food
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are glad you enjoy your stay with us and we look forward to your next visit.
I have to say the whole process of admission was very straightforward and rapid from the first phone contact to her arrival five days later. What I thought might be a difficult transition for her morphed into the easiest decision of the last twelve months.
Your main asset is your brilliant and committed staff right from admin, Nursing and all support staff - I dread to make a list or name names because I'll miss someone out! Mum enjoyed the social side of the home and support of other residents. Sometimes phone access was tricky.
Mum was given end of life care at the home - as a retired GP, I can vouch for all the effort, attention and commitment from day and night staff. You kept the family going with kindness and perfectly timed offers of sandwiches. Thank you so very much.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. In the short time we got to know you all, it was so nice to have you as part of the Brackley Care Home family. My team really do care about what they do which allows them to provide such good care to our residents. Thank you for also mentioning the...
The cleanest, most welcome, caring carehome I have been to. The staff are so caring and passonate about looking after the residents. the manager: Steph is incredible always so welcoming and listens to all concerns, and promptley sorts them. the head house keeper is efficient and lovely, and Julie is fantastic. all in all, its a fantastic care home. :)
I would like to thank you for taking the time to complete this review. At Brackley Care Home we pride ourselves on making all welcome within our home whilst providing an excellent standard of care. Our environment is well looked after by our wonderful Housekeeping team. I will ensure I feedback your comments to my team.
My mother moved into Brackley Care Home in October 2023. To be honest, we initially looked at it due to it's proximity to family, but then discovered it was by far the best we could find. We anticipated mum being in the dementia care ward, but were delighted when they said she could be in the main nursing care area. Having said that, we know that the dementia care is superb so we know that mum's future is in safe hands. She is so well cared for and we love that she is taken out on trips. The security of the place is excellent, with the need to sign and out. Mum loves the entertainment that is laid on, the different guests and visitors who attend to provide all sorts of stimulation. The facilities are excellent, the staff caring and friendly, and we are so happy that mum has such a fabulous place to live.
I would like to thank you for taking the time to complete the review. At Brackley Care Home we like to make our home as welcoming at possible and provide a wide arrange of activities to cater to all. Mum really does love joining in and has already become a big part of Brackley Care Home. I will share your words with our team. Thank you again.
My mum has been at the Brackley Nursing Home for over a year now. I have always found the staff to be exceptional in so many ways. They always go that extra mile, making sure nobody feels left out in the multitude of activities that take place. I must especially mention Kat & Debbie who are the activities staff. Mum was very poorly when she arrived but the care she has received from day one has been second to none and she has thrived since then. Highly recommended.
Thank you for taking the time to leave this review of Brackley Care Home. As you know, activities are central to our care home as this provides life, laughter and community for our residents. I will be sure to share you comments with our team.
Food is excellent - and as I live so far away, I am grateful for the opportunity to eat with Mum at no cost when arranged in advance.
There does seem to be a staff shortage at many times (Mum generally requires 2 carers for mobilisation and toileting) - but again, it seems an issue with this sector.
All staff approachable and the home has also arranged transportation to funeral and social events outside of Brackley.
We are especially pleased that you have been able to share meals...

She has dedicated over 20 years to the care sector, predominantly in nursing settings. With a fervent commitment to upholding exceptional standards of care, she strives to foster independence and create a sense of belonging for residents at Brackley Care Home.

I come from South Africa where I worked in a customer-facing role within the horse racing industry for many years. I have been at Brackley Care Home almost since the day it opened in November 2020 and love absolutely everything about my role. The close human interaction is what I thrive on and I strive to deliver exceptional customer service whilst building on and developing strong interpersonal relationships with our residents, our families, our staff and our visitors to the home as well as to the wider Brackley community. In my spare time, I enjoy visiting National Trust properties, exercising, reading and doing cross-stitch.

My name is Emma, and I am the Administrator at Brackley Care Home. I have always worked in customer-focused roles and find the Healthcare Industry in particular, very rewarding. I have worked with the organization for over two years now and am looking to further my education and skills by undergoing an NVQ in Business Administration & also Leadership and Management. One of the things I love about working here is the atmosphere - Everyone cares and supports one another, and the staff all work incredibly hard. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, cooking and sometimes painting. I’m also very interested in Interior Design.

Most of my working career has been in middle management in both the retail and hospitality industries before I changed my career path to working in care homes. I love the special time I get to spend with the residents at Brackley Care Home - we are always learning from each other and I am privileged to have the chance to make wonderful memories with them. In my spare time, I love cooking, gardening and fine wines.

I'm Chanice and I've worked in care for over 10 years where I started as a volunteer before moving into activities. I enjoy spending time with our residents at Brackley Care Home and love listening to all the wonderful stories that they have to share.
Outside of work I love being with my family and dancing and I also volunteer as a dance teacher's assistant teaching children ballet and freestyle.
