Mum moved into Brackley Care Home in January and since then I have seen her flourish under the care, companionship and kindness of the staff. She regularly joins in and enjoys the activities and has even had the opportunity to take part in two trips out. The moving in process was professional and considerate and the staff worked hard to navigate the covid protocols efficiently. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Thank you for allowing me to be a daughter again.

My aunt was the very first resident in Brackley Care Home needing nursing care. From the many meetings with the manager during the build and in preparation for my aunt's arrival, we have been impressed with the commitment to make this my aunt's new home. Since her arrival in November 2020, she has been very well looked after and as her nursing needs have increased, nothing is too much trouble for the team. This was a significant move from a care home in Bournemouth to one closer to her family, but my aunt has stated this was the right move for her. Her health is not improving and we now have daily discussions with the staff to work together to provide the best care possible. The location is lovely and peaceful and being opposite the brand new Brackley Medical Centre, the ability for a GP to pop across the road to visit is a great advantage. My aunt's new home is like a 5* hotel but with staff who are interested in their guests and are prepared to go above and beyond. Well done to all.
