I come from South Africa where I worked in a customer-facing role within the horse racing industry for many years. I have been at Brackley Care Home almost since the day it opened in November 2020 and love absolutely everything about my role. The close human interaction is what I thrive on and I strive to deliver exceptional customer service whilst building on and developing strong interpersonal relationships with our residents, our families, our staff and our visitors to the home as well as to the wider Brackley community. In my spare time, I enjoy visiting National Trust properties, exercising, reading and doing cross-stitch.

My name is Emma, and I am the Administrator at Brackley Care Home. I have always worked in customer-focused roles and find the Healthcare Industry in particular, very rewarding. I have worked with the organization for over two years now and am looking to further my education and skills by undergoing an NVQ in Business Administration & also Leadership and Management. One of the things I love about working here is the atmosphere - Everyone cares and supports one another, and the staff all work incredibly hard. I'm Chanice and I've worked in care for over 10 years where I started as a volunteer before moving into activities. I enjoy spending time with our residents at Brackley Care Home and love listening to all the wonderful stories that they have to share.
