Hitesh is the company director and nominated individual working alongside the Management Team to ensure that The Manor Residential Home is able to deliver care and meet the objectives across all aspects of the home. Hitesh has a BA (Hons) Degree in Business Studies; is Part Qualified Accountant (CACA), IT Professional, Prince 2 - Project Management Certified and brings a wealth of management and IT experience from other sectors which has been used to ensure continuous process improvements and digitalisation of the home.
Aleshia has been working in the care industry for over 10 years and has many accolades including Level-5 Qualified in Health and Social Care and Leadership Management, End of Life and Infection Control Champion. Aleshia is committed to the safe and effective running of The Manor and ensuring our residents get the best person-centred care possible and a warm and welcoming environment for everyone.
Kim comes from a high-level corporate background in insurance - in a nutshell, she optimises workflow within the Manor to ensure everything operates seamlessly. Her skillsets in planning, coordinating and overseeing are a bonus when coupled with her ability to connect with people - residents, visitors, and our staff within the Manor.
Kim's principles are people first, core operations, project delivery and quality assurance.
