Although Mum's stay was only short. I could not have wished for better loving care, from her personal care to making her feel at home. All the staff were caring, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The district nurses were also very caring and helpful, giving and getting everything she needed. Thank you so much.

My Dad moved to The Rookery and he loves it. There is a lot of entertainment for him and he is treated very respectfully by the staff. He likes the food a lot which is great.
He is well looked after and the staff go beyond what is required for his safety and wellbeing.
No matter when I visit everyone is very friendly and always helpful. The home is very well run and everyone is professional in their roles.
It feels like a real home for my Dad.

Thank you all very much.

So glad we found a place for Dad at The Rookery. It's such a homely and down-to-earth place. The staff treat residents like family and relatives are treated the same. It's not posh or clinical like some and it's altogether better for that. We can visit Dad whenever we want no appointment/time limits (apart from after bedtime) and we are kept in the loop at all times. Perfect place for Dad, he loves it there.

Mum lived for over four years at The Rookery Care Home. She was not just given care by the staff but she was made to feel at home and was loved by them too. That's what makes The Rookery Care Home stand out as a good residential home. Whilst providing quality professional care, they have somehow fostered a family atmosphere that felt warm and welcoming.
