The care my mother received at Glenbank until her death in February 2019 has been exceptionally good. All the staff and the owner are caring, compassionate, helpful, friendly and trustworthy. The freshly prepared meals are tasty and nutritious and the residents are all clean and nicely dressed. I wouldn't
hesitate to recommend this home to anyone in need of a place in a care home. The staff not only care for the residents but for their families and friends visiting too.

All the staff are very supportive. Mum is kept comfortable which is all we can ask for. They check on her regularly, keeping mum pain free is a priority. All mums family members are welcomed. We are offered food and drinks again could not ask for more. The staff are approachable answering any questions
we have. A big thank you to everyone. The staff take pride in their role.

Every resident is treated with care, respect and dignity and care is directed to the individual resident's needs and character.
There are a wide and varying number of activities to suit many different tastes.
There are good links with the community - visits out to local/non-local amenities and visits
in by local church groups (multi-faith) entertainers and even a farm visit!
