Dad has been in the home for nearly a year. We are more than happy with the care he receives. All staff treat him with the utmost respect. The owners go above and beyond to make sure it is a home from home.

The staff are very warm and welcoming and I have observed them treating residents with kindness, courtesy and respect. My mum is very happy at Brown Edge House and we feel that staff listen to and act on any concerns raised.

My mother has been a resident in Brown Edge Care Home for 15 months. She has always been treated with respect, dignity and appropriate humour. She feels safe and protected in an environment that is always clean. I am kept informed about any changes or concerns in my mother's circumstances, and her health
and wellbeing are discussed with me regularly. My mother is kept clean always and her clothes are laundered daily. The owners and staff are kind and caring to the residents and welcoming to visitors. It's a happy home.

The family enjoy activities like Barbeque, Christmas party, very hospitable and excellent food. Staff are friendly, we enjoy a good laugh with them. Management gets involved as well as carers. Mum well looked after. Small caring environment means everyone knows each other.

The day we visited Brownedge they were having a BBQ in the garden, there was plenty of good food and the staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they made it an extremely pleasant afternoon to spend with our family resident, a great day was had by all.

The owners and staff here are wonderful caring people both to the residents and their family. Xmas always has a lovely party and today I'm attending a very ample BBQ. A very happy place to be.

I cannot praise the amazing staff highly enough for the quality of care given to my dad during his time at Brown Edge House. Choosing a care home for a much-loved family member is such a daunting experience. Brown Edge House is a real family centred home from home.
