The staff are all really pleasant when I visit and are always so helpful. My mum has been in the home for a couple of years now and I can't thank the staff enough. Their social media page is great to and keeps us up to date and activities etc...
My mum has recently had to go into a care home after her health deteriorated quickly, this was not an easy decision. I moved her to Arranmore approximately 6weeks ago. She has settled really well and I can see how well she is being looked after. All the carers go above and beyond, they are so friendly and understanding. The managers are a credit to the home, their professional and empathetic natures made the move so much easier for my mum and myself. After a very unhappy placement at another care home, I now feel that my mum is in the best place for her needs. Thank you to everyone at Arranmore.
As soon as I entered Arranmore I was very warmly welcomed. The ambience of the home is so warm and homely. This was the 5th home I visited and I was feeling sad and disappointed with the others. I feel like we have hit the jackpot. My mum has been at Arranmore for just over 2 months now and the staff including management are so lovely and friendly as the first day. The service is excellent, nothing is too much trouble. The residents are happy and my mum has settled nicely, Arranmore is a big happy family home!
My wife's aunt is a resident (for the second time). The care and commitment from the manager and staff is truly second to none. My wife's aunt first became a resident in August 2020 (during lockdown) From day one we were very happy with her care. Due to circumstances (nothing to do with Arranmore Park Rest Home), we reluctantly moved her to another care home in September 2021, which turned out to be a grave mistake! We spoke to the manager at Arranmore and asked if it would be possible to move her back there. Without hesitation, the answer was yes! Although my wife's aunt has only been back a month it is as though she had never been away. We were all welcomed back and Aunty was given back her old room. I can honestly say that this is the best move we have made caring for her. The difference in such a short time is unbelievable. She is happy and contented and we know from previous experience that she is being well cared for and all the staff are brilliant with her. We could not ask for more.
The team and I are so happy to welcome your Aunt back it was so amazing to see her again and to have her and yourselves back as part of our family! It is a true honour to care for this lady she is wonderful. We are very grateful for your review and thank you implicitly for allowing us to care for your Aunt. We love wonderful people in our family!
Well, this rest home is just such a wonderful homely home with such caring devoted staff that nothing is too much trouble. The residents are looked after and catered for to a very high standard and all needs are met to a very professional standard. At the home there is always something going on if you want there to be but also you can be quiet if you wanted to.
You have living rooms where residents can chat away together over a cup of tea or coffee and a biscuit. or you can be in the TV room or can watch DVD or listen to music and have a sing along.
You never feel lonely. There is always staff around in every room making sure all the residents are ok.
The manager of the home is an outstanding lady she cares for everybody always
there if you need advice or help if you have any worries or concerns. My mum I know is safe, happy and very well looked after. She always looks clean, always dressed nice this is all down to the dedicated staff an manager.
Every day is made better by caring for such beautiful people and their supporting family members. As a Manager it is paramount that every person who lives or visits here at Arranmore Park lives an enriching life and feels loved. The team here ensures we live up to our reputation of being the hotel of happiness. We thank you for your review and look forward to our next afternoon of laughter.
Management is excellent in Arranmore if any problems arise, they always try their best to resolve any issues, I am the wife of my husband who has been at Arranmore for eight months, his care has been mostly good but some carers are more caring than others. I do think though that they need more activities to challenge their minds more, he does say that his food only comes lukewarm, I think the reason is, he is left until others have been fed because he needs help from care.
It is a real privilege for us to have both your husband and yourself as part of the Arranmore family. As always the management team will be there to help. Activities have been a priority and an activity coordinator has been employed. The food service has also been noted and changes made to...
My sister is residing at Arranmore Park Rest Home, the home and staff are amazing. The home manager and her assistant are a credit to their profession. Nothing is any trouble to them or their teams always welcoming to myself, my sister has now got a purpose due to their care and attention. The medics team are amazing always caring and reassuring to her who has a lot of ongoing issues. A massive thank you from me and kind regards to the whole team
Thank you so much for your kind words. It is an absolute pleasure to care for your sister and always wonderful to see you too when you visit.
Mum has been treated with respect and kindness from her day of arrival. The management and staff have provided her with wonderful support and reassurance as she has adapted to her new surroundings. The atmosphere for residents and visitors is very welcoming and reassuring and we are happy that Mum is being well cared for at Arranmore Park.
It is an honour and a pleasure to care for such a lovely lady. In addition, it is wonderful to have you all as a part of our Arranmore family.
My Mother lived at Arranmore Park Rest Home for three years. It is a lovely home with a marvellous team. I can't speak highly enough of the love, care the staff gave to my mother. Sadly Mum passed away but the support they gave Mum and the family at end of life will stay with me forever. They kept her comfortable, kissed her goodnight, took time to sit with her and the family through, what was, a difficult week. There were copious cups of tea, laughter, tears, hugs for everyone. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you barely covers our gratitude. I would definitely recommend Arranmore Park Rest Home.
It was a true honour to care for such an amazing lady with a beautiful family. We miss you all!
My mother-in-law was a resident in Arranmore Park Rest Home from Sept 2021 through to 7/11/21. On arrival, she was emaciated. Arranmore did an amazing job building her back up to a normal weight. She was always very happy at the home and they dealt with her memory issues with dignity. The staff were very caring with nothing being too much trouble.
My mother has recently become a resident at Arranmore Park and it has been a difficult time for her and the family. The restrictions of COVID-19 have not helped but we couldn’t have been in better hands than that of the dedicated and caring staff. Nothing has been too much trouble in helping mum to settle and doing everything they can for her comfort and wellbeing. And the support and reassurance that I and my sister have received has been wonderful. We are so impressed with the professional and yet disarming manner of those in authority, indeed all of the staff I have come in contact with have been excellent and have given me the confidence to know that mum is in the best place. Thank you to everyone at Arranmore
Arranmore is a very well managed care home. The staff really take care and ensure my mum is looked after. They will spend extra time to sit and chat for a while, which makes all the difference. Her room is always immaculate, and the food is excellent. Mother has respite care (I'm her main carer), and they have always managed to accommodate us. I sincerely recommend them; care homes come no better than Arranmore.
All staff show care and respond attentively to my mothers needs. Staff treat her with dignity. Due to the coronavirus over the past months, the manager has protected her residents and staff in an exemplary manner.
We have a lot of experience with Arranmore Park Rest Home. My mum was there and my wife before for 2 weeks, but now she is in for good. All in the home are wonderful to my wife and they all look after her with dignity and love. I can't thank Arranmore Park enough for what they do, it's a wonderful place and I would go in myself. We love them all. Thank you for all you do.
It is very good. The staff are kind to me. They oblige when I ask for anything - I get it. The staff are happy in their work. I am very well looked after. The manager makes sure we all have everything we need every day.
a good home. A clean home. Staff excellent. Food is good.
I have been treated with kindness, consideration and care. I cannot fault any members of staff who have been friendly and caring throughout my stay here. I wouldn't hesitate to come back.
The team at Arranmore Park are absolutely fantastic. My brother-in-law has received the best care possible. The atmosphere is great!! This home is full of love and laughter. The chef is very good she accommodates the residents every day with her wholesome food which is delicious.
I am very happy the staff are wonderful. The manager is always available to talk. She cares. She is funny and makes us all laugh.
I visit a friend who is a resident and am very pleased with the way she is looked after. They have entertainment from time to time and trips out all for the benefit of the residents and nothing is too much trouble. My friend has been there a few years and is very happy. Every effort is made to make sure the residents are cared for. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
