I am kept up to date regularly when I visit and by phone if I can't be there in person.

Bay Tree House Care Home. We as a family have had two relatives now to date who are & were residents. The staff as a whole are just amazing at all times. The care provided is amazing and all individuals are catered for in theyr own right. To witness this and experience this our family are confident in our choice of home. We ourselves are also treated as part of the family experience. Thank you all.

Mum has settled well and made friends with other residents. The staff are very caring and have made us, the family feel very welcome. The fabric of the building needs attention and up to now there has not been much in the way of activities. However, there has been a recent change of manager and we can already see improvements.

A downside is there is no entertainment person so there is a lack of entertainment.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude and respect for all at Cherry Tree Home, Coedpoeth. It was an utter nightmare for my fabulous mum and me but throughout our experience, everyone from management to every employee have been such a strong support, encouragement and reassurance. It's still early days yet, but my mum is totally safe, looked after and respected by all staff at Cherry Tree. I just simply don't know how they work so tirelessly in the name of their residents. I sincerely feel that they've walked alongside me through my most difficult days.

I have no complaints though, really pleased with everything else.

I have been a resident here at Marley Court for about 12 months. I find the level of care here very good on the whole, with just a couple of exceptions. Most of the staff, from carers to cleaners are delightful , again with a couple of exceptions. The standard of cleanliness is excellent. The quality of the food is very good with one or two slight improvements to quality of products to be made.i personally find tea time too early at 4..15 when lunch is at 12.30 I'm just not hungry at 4.15 but if it's a hot choice, or soup, it needs to be eaten hot because some foods do not microwave well. I given lots of detail because I tried to do a shorter review but was told it had to be at least 100 words so I have given more detail , but overall I give 4 Stars for Satisfaction.

The new manager and assist manager keep me well informed, I receive regular communication via emails, so they both need recognition also.

Mum has issues, as a result of dementia. The kind and caring staff give her the care and support she needs. Her dignity is always accommodated, we as a family are always informed of her overall health and any problems that may arise. Many thanks to all staff and management at K Lodge.

My daughter has been a resident at Marley Court since November 2024. Since arriving at the home, the care has been excellent. The office manager and her staff members are always available to answer any questions. The medical and care staff take time to support the residents. Nothing is too much trouble. The activities are varied, and most of the residents join in. The family are all happy that we chose Marley Court for our daughter as she is very happy there. I would recommend it as a place for a loved one to live.

The staff are all really pleasant when I visit and are always so helpful. My mum has been in the home for a couple of years now and I can't thank the staff enough. Their social media page is great to and keeps us up to date and activities etc...

The home has a homely feel and is kept very clean. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and treat residents with dignity. Residents are offered a wide range of activities, these are excellent. To summarise, I am very happy with the care my husband receives at Marley Court.

My mother had to be placed in care at short notice 2 years ago. Thank goodness Marley Court was recommended (highly) by an acquaintance. Mum has settled in well, she is fond of the staff and enjoys the activities. She also enjoys the friendship she has made and the interaction with staff and fellow residents. I am more than happy with the same along with the laundry and kitchen services.

Staff are friendly and welcome to help

My wife went into Marley Court in February 2025 following 3 strokes which affected her speech and mobility. The care she has received has been excellent. All the staff are caring and professional and nothing is too much trouble for them. The home is very clean and her room is kept spotless. There are a variety of activities organised every weekday afternoon covering numerous subjects. Somedays my wife won't eat at lunchtime because she may be asleep but when she awakes a member of the catering staff will bring her something to eat ensuring that she receives sufficient nourishment. Her face lights up when any of the staff come into her room as they make a fuss of her and make her feel special. All the staff are very approachable and the manager has an open-door policy and is available to speak to at any time. I am very happy that my wife is in such a caring, clean and friendly home.

I recently attended some of the lovely events held at Brookdale for residents and their loved ones, including the Summer Fair. It was a fantastic day very welcoming and enjoyable for everyone. The staff and home manager Lois went above and beyond to make the occasion special, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere throughout. Residents were smiling all day, and the buffet was beautifully presented and delicious. I'm really looking forward to attending future events at Brookdale.

We have never seen a care home which is so clean ,no smells, staff are always friendly and caring. Nothing seems to much trouble. We have now built up a good repour with all the staff. The meals always smell delicious and my father always has plenty to eat.they have activities which residents can take part if they want to.

My mum has recently had to go into a care home after her health deteriorated quickly, this was not an easy decision. I moved her to Arranmore approximately 6weeks ago. She has settled really well and I can see how well she is being looked after. All the carers go above and beyond, they are so friendly and understanding. The managers are a credit to the home, their professional and empathetic natures made the move so much easier for my mum and myself. After a very unhappy placement at another care home, I now feel that my mum is in the best place for her needs. Thank you to everyone at Arranmore.

Dad has now been here for one year and he is so happy. The staff are fantastic nothing is too much trouble . He feels truly at home which puts my mind at ease . I know he is well looked after and more importantly he is safe. There are lots of activities going on all the time . The communication is very good if there are any problems which I have never encountered.
