I recently attended some of the lovely events held at Brookdale for residents and their loved ones, including the Summer Fair. It was a fantastic day very welcoming and enjoyable for everyone. The staff and home manager Lois went above and beyond to make the occasion special, creating a warm and friendly
atmosphere throughout. Residents were smiling all day, and the buffet was beautifully presented and delicious. I'm really looking forward to attending future events at Brookdale.

My mum has recently had to go into a care home after her health deteriorated quickly, this was not an easy decision. I moved her to Arranmore approximately 6weeks ago. She has settled really well and I can see how well she is being looked after. All the carers go above and beyond, they are so friendly
and understanding. The managers are a credit to the home, their professional and empathetic natures made the move so much easier for my mum and myself. After a very unhappy placement at another care home, I now feel that my mum is in the best place for her needs. Thank you to everyone at Arranmore.

My father in law has been a resident for 1yr now, my husband and I always remember the day we visited with my father inlaw as he was very kean to move in and asked could he move in there and then, we didn't have to wait long for the move which father inlaw was very excited about as he wanted more company
of others and realised he needed to around people who could help look after him in the way in which he needed but still be independent. Management have always been very approachable, friendly and helpful as have all staff and if there are any problems they are quick to help resolve, there has been some lovely wellbeing and enrichment activities/events were families are made more than welcome,
We feel our relitive is very much valued and supported in an exceptional manner and never have to worry, we know our loved one is cared for at baytree feel all staff /residents are an extention to our family as it has that warm loving caring atmosphere/approach.

A warm and welcoming Care Home. Staff are very attentive and understanding of residents individual needs. A varied timetable of activities is produced each week for residents to engage in should they wish to. The Activities Co-ordinator is fabulous. All the rooms are cleaned to a very high standard
as is the home. A lovely coffee shop, beautifully decorated, is across the annex for residents to visit. All in all an extremely excellent Care Home, Management are approachable and always available to listen, help and solve any concerns. I would not hesitating in recommending.

I'm always so happy to visit my grandad in Brookdale, the staff are so lovely and welcoming. They are always upbeat, professional and provide wonderful care to the residents here. I particularly enjoy coming on a Sunday for the lunch in the coffee shop, it provides a more intimate visit with your loved

A friend had been a resident of Brookdale for a few months now and it's been brilliant. The staff are friendly and approachable. They treat the residents with the up most care at all times and the residents are always smiling. The facilities are fantastic from a small cafe to get tea and cake that's

My dad has been resident at Brookdale for five and a half years. During that time there has been the pandemic, changes in staff, leadership and ownership, but the quality of care has never diminished. Communication is a strength as is the quality of care and knowledge and understanding of the residents.
A real effort is made to provide engaging activities to suit all preferences and families are enabled to feel like genuine partners to in their relative's care. When dad is confused, the staff are loving and caring, and when he is grumpy, patient and kind. Every time we visit, dad tells us that he is happy, and that is the measure of how well he is cared for.

I moved my friend here from another care home in March. After just 24hrs I noticed a big change in him. He's not mithering me to take him out all the time as he's happy staying in with all the entertainment going on in Brookdale. He's so happy now and it's really good to see. The difference here is
the staff care and look after the residents at all times. It's great I love the place. Well done to the office admin and all the staff. You all do a great job and are very caring.

Our Mum has been a resident here since September 2023. Initially we had no communication from Brookdale to tell us what was expected from us, as relatives and, as this was all new to us, we felt as though some communication from the home could have helped us all - it was almost non existent.
More
recently, however, changes seem to have been made. Lines of communication are excellent and we are very happy with the care shown to our Mum. The staff seem kind and patient and Mum (for the most part) seems very settled. On entering Brookdale we are always greeted with a smile and staff members are always on hand to assist. We feel reassured that the staff at Brookdale do all they can to make our Mum's time there as comfortable as possible - and that makes us, as her family, very grateful.

Our Mum sadly passed away in February, having entered the home in October 2024. I wanted to note the care and compassion shown to her in her last few weeks - which were very difficult. Knowing that, when we weren't there, we had absolute confidence that she was being cared for was a huge comfort. In
such difficult moments, we were treated with absolute kindness by every member of staff.

My father has been at Marley court since just after New Year 2025, and I honestly cannot thank all of the staff enough for what they have done for my dad. All of the staff are so friendly and so helpful, nothing is too much for anyone. And the care they give for each resident is second to none. And
the activities held every day (apart from Sundays) are varied in their nature and are very inclusive of any resident that wants to join in. My dad has progressed towards recovery from an accident in huge leaps and bounds, it's amazing to see how far he has come in just a few months, and alot of that progress can be attributed to the genuinely fantastic staff at Marley Court. Everyone has helped my dad to settle in so quickly, all the staff and residents know him and his cheeky little smile now. My family and I are so glad that we chose Marley Court for the care of my father, and he is so happy there. Thanks again to everyone at Marley.

Mum was moved to Marley Court from hospital, in a frail state , after being in and out of hospital with a variety of illnesses.
She has been in now for 8 weeks and she has been the most stable she has been for over 12 months due to the level of care she has received from the home.
She is eating well
and loving the variety of food, which has led to her putting on weight. She is always clean and well dressed in her own clothes and looks forward to having her weekly hair appointment with the homes hairdresser.
There are activities most days which I never thought mum would join in but the staff have gently encouraged her to integrate with the other residents at her own pace which is a joy to see.
As a visitor I have been made very welcome by all the staff at all times of the day and it has been lovely to see my mum so settled.
