Bay Tree House Care Home. We as a family have had two relatives now to date who are & were residents. The staff as a whole are just amazing at all times. The care provided is amazing and all individuals are catered for in theyr own right. To witness this and experience this our family are confident in our choice of home. We ourselves are also treated as part of the family experience. Thank you all.

Mum has settled well and made friends with other residents. The staff are very caring and have made us, the family feel very welcome. The fabric of the building needs attention and up to now there has not been much in the way of activities. However, there has been a recent change of manager and we can already see improvements.

A downside is there is no entertainment person so there is a lack of entertainment.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude and respect for all at Cherry Tree Home, Coedpoeth. It was an utter nightmare for my fabulous mum and me but throughout our experience, everyone from management to every employee have been such a strong support, encouragement and reassurance. It's still early days yet, but my mum is totally safe, looked after and respected by all staff at Cherry Tree. I just simply don't know how they work so tirelessly in the name of their residents. I sincerely feel that they've walked alongside me through my most difficult days.

The new manager and assist manager keep me well informed, I receive regular communication via emails, so they both need recognition also.

Dad has now been here for one year and he is so happy. The staff are fantastic nothing is too much trouble . He feels truly at home which puts my mind at ease . I know he is well looked after and more importantly he is safe. There are lots of activities going on all the time . The communication is very good if there are any problems which I have never encountered.

We feel our relitive is very much valued and supported in an exceptional manner and never have to worry, we know our loved one is cared for at baytree feel all staff /residents are an extention to our family as it has that warm loving caring atmosphere/approach.

What more can I say about Bay Tree House other than the staff are brilliant? Mum was there nearly four years before she passed, they looked after Mum as if she was their mum. It's like a home from home. She was well looked after and very much loved and she loved them. Mum loved living there. The food was very good and her clothes and things were well looked after. Mum really didn't want to go into a care home but after a week of being there she said I should have done this years ago, she made friends and Mum was very happy at Bay Tree. A big thank you for looking after Mum so well, as they go the extra mile. The staff make the residents laugh and our very cheery and they make every resident feel special.

My mum has been a resident at Bay Tree since September 2023 after a long hospital stay due to a fall. The management and staff are very attentive and kind and treat all residents as individuals with respect and dignity and provide an excellent standard of care. I don’t live in the area and whenever I phone or visit they are very approachable and more than happy to discuss any aspects of my mum's ongoing care. Her clothes are always so beautifully laundered and hung up in her room which is immaculately clean and tidy whenever I visit. The cooks have gone above and beyond to encourage her to eat more and provide food she enjoys eating and the staff, where they can, give the residents options of how and where they like to spend their day. My mum is very immobile but is always assisted by cheerful staff with all her personal care needs day and night. The environment is cheery and bright and the wonderful team of regular staff provide a happy caring atmosphere with such commitment to their roles.

Can't praise the staff enough, absolutely amazing team. The managers went above and beyond to accommodate my nan and were so kind and caring to us as a family. Lovely place with a lovely family atmosphere and all residents are so well looked after and cared for. We are extremely grateful to everyone at the Cherry Tree. Highly recommend it here for anyone looking for their loved one.

My dad became a resident in June and he has settled in extremely well and that is mostly thanks to the amazing staff! He tells me how hard they work and he always has a laugh with them! He loves the food, he is always clean and tidy and the staff and management are always there to answer any worries or queries I might have! They are all so friendly and helpful and dad is really happy there and feels safe so for me, I feel he is in the best place! I can’t recommend Bay Tree House highly enough!

My dad moved into Bay Tree House in July and the staff have been fantastic in helping him settle in and in making him feel welcome. The staff are always ready to answer any questions you may have.

The Bay tree isn’t like a care home it’s like a hotel. It’s absolutely beautifully decorated and immaculate! Add to that the fantastic staff and management and this home is a winner. My mother is treated as an individual with dignity and respect and is loved and extremely well cared for. Nothing is too much trouble and I am always kept well informed of any issues as and when required. I am 100% assured that mum could not be in a better place and the peace of mind this brings is priceless. Thanks, everyone.

The staff in the care home are all very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It was very clean and the laundry was an excellent idea. My Mum was in this care home for three weeks and was looked after very well.

The home cared for my mum until she sadly passed away this month. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they cared for her with dignity and respect for what she was going through.

Excellent care- my friend was in Bay Tree for about 8 months and the staff were unfailingly kind and caring with her and other residents. She was always clean and well looked after. The premises don't smell like a care home, very clean and attractive. The staff are friendly and responsive. Would recommend to anyone.
