I am sorry you feel this way about the home.
I rely on families to come and see me with any concerns so that I can improve our service and I just wish you had done this so I could have investigated them in an appropriate manner.
I understand you are upset and angry regarding the missing PJ'S. We do however always advise our families on admission to label any clothing so that when it goes to the Laundry they know who to return them to. I was under the impression that we had responded to your complaint, so all I can do is apologise for the miscommunication and this is something I will be looking into to improve our service.
Thank you for your feedback, we rely on this to improve our service.

I absolutely love working as an activities co-Ordinator at Marley court, we love many different activities from gardening, growing our own fruit and veg, creative projects, community involvements and much much more.
I have trained in cereal box construction and write my own panto lyrics for our annual staff panto which is loved by residents and our local community.
I have a huge passion for animals and believe animal therapy in the home makes a big difference, we have regular visits from all kinds of animals from lambs to a mini zoo.
I get very creative competitive and when there is a competition on between the Millennium homes we love nothing more than brainstorming ideas of how we can win.
