My father has dementia, so does not always realise he receives care. If I ask him about where he lives he says the staff are very good at looking after him. They are friendly, caring and make him nice cups of tea and give him biscuits. They keep his room clean and help him with getting dressed and when he washes. He also likes to sing to them and chat wtih them in the office. He thinks he is in a good place and that he is well looked after and safe.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It truly means a lot to us to know your father feels safe, happy, and well cared for. Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate support, and were delighted he enjoys the companionship, chats, and little comforts like tea and biscuits. We appreciate your trust in us.

Very happy with the care my mum is receiving. The staff are friendly and good natured. They try to interact with my mum even though she has dementia. The surroundings are homely and the rest of the residents who sit in the lounge are happy and contented. It's a very safe environment for mum to be in.

Mum was 96 when she was lucky enough to arrive at Greenways Rest Home. The management and staff were wonderful, such a professional and caring team. A marked difference from her time in the local NHS Hospital. We could have not asked for more. Thank you Greenways.
Thank you so much for your five-star rating, together with your kind and thoughtful words. We're truly grateful that you've taken the time to share your experience. It means a lot to know that you feel your mother was well cared for and supported during her time with us. It was an honour and a pleasure to care for her. Very welcoming and very caring. Found staff very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Spent time with patients and the food was all inhouse made, any special requests ask for did there very best to assist. I couldn't fault the care home on any aspect and I could see improvement to the decor being made. You could go into office anytime and would answer any questions that were asked.

WOW !!! A 5* Rating !!!! Thank you for taking the time to review our home. We really appreciate your feedback and are delighted you are happy with everything provided.
The staff are amazing. They are kind, sweet, always smiling and very thorough in their work.
Just wonderful.
My mum came to Greenways in May 2024. The family felt confident that Mum would receive the care she needed whilst being in a friendly and safe environment. As of November 2024, Mum has settled in really well, enjoying nourishing meals, activities and creating bonds with kind people outside of the family. Her recent care plan highlighted the attention to detail taken in the care provided to her throughout the day and night. She is settled and happy, visits are welcome so we couldn't ask for more.
The food was satisfactory but not spectacular. However, the main effort was the attentive nature the staff showed my dad was exceptional.
To all the staff at Greenways Care Home, all the family of the resident wish to thank you for all the care you gave him while in the care home. He will be missed by everyone. Many thanks again from his family.
