She is treated with respect and all of the carers are friendly, warm and loving towards her.
In my mum's own words: "It is just like one big happy family."
As her daughter, I can only say what a relief it is knowing that Mum is warm, fed and looked after. Also, when I (and other relatives) visit, we are treated with respect and listened to. Thank you.
Thank you for your kind comments; these will be passed on to our lovely staff.
Absolutely brilliant staff; they have been amazing, and nothing is too much trouble.
I feel alot more happier as my dad is happier.
Wonderful place and the staff are so caring
10 out of 10.
Thank you for your kind comments; these will be passed on to our lovely staff.
Caring consistent staff. Excellent care of Mum especially as she has some nursing and dementia needs.
The home's asset is its staff, nothing is too much trouble.
My partner has been here for over 12 weeks, she is content. The staff are caring, courteous and considerate at all times I have a request and concern for the residents. As visiting is not allowed at mealtimes I can't comment about food but drinks are often available.
Thank you for your kind review we always appreciate kind words for all the staff.
My father now lives at Lostock Lodge. Moved in June 14th 2023 and I'm happy we chose there. The staff are wonderful, kind, and considerate to my dad's condiiton, and helping him settle in. He has had a couple of falls but they are there in an instant and quickly sorted things out. I don't have the worry now at him living alone. He is very well looked after.
Thank you for your kind review we always appreciate kind words for all the staff. Regards
I would recommend Lostock Lodge because of the excellent service I receive from the staff and everybody.
Kind regards.
My mother has been in this care home for 10 years. She has been well cared for, with respect, understanding and devotion from the staff. I appreciate all that Lostock Lodge and all its staff have done for my mother, and I would highly recommend the care home to anyone.
Thank you for your kind words - staff and management are always grateful for kind words from family.
My husband has always been well cared for and treated with dignity and respect. Visitors are welcomed and taken care of, and I would not want him to live anywhere else. Thank you.
Thank you for your kind review; the staff and management are always grateful to hear kind words.
The home is lovely - staff and management. Can't fault anything, and if you need to talk, there is always someone to talk to.
Thank you for your kind review; this is much appreciated by the staff and management.
The care home is clean and welcoming with no odours often found in care homes. The staff are friendly and efficient. The management team is very efficient and during the covid pandemic managed a difficult period with minimum harm to staff and residents.
Thank you for your kind words the staff and management always appreciate views from relatives and friends.
Very homely and friendly place. Lovely atmosphere. Relaxing, and everyone could not do enough for you to make you feel safe. Food always looked lovely and went out of their way to give you what you enjoyed. Clean environment.
Thank you for your lovely comments; it is always appreciated that management and staff are doing a good job.
My son was allocated a place at Lostock Lodge by Lancs County Council as they could not find a rehab place for him after a serious leg break accident. From day one the manager together with all the staff provided A1 care even though they had little experience in dealing with a case like my son's. He felt valued and they dealt with all his needs with the utmost care and understanding. They were badly let down by Lancs County Council social care team who failed to put a plan in place however they took on board all the information we were able to share with them including hospital appointments and prescription needs. I am so grateful for everything they did and cannot fault them in any way. Although some trepidation at my son having to have rehab/respite in a care home I would have no hesitation in referring to Lostock Lodge again. They took on a young man and kept a smile on his face. They are flexible in arranging visits, they are excellent in every way. Many thanks to everyone at Lostock Lodge.
Thank you very much for your kind review. We are very grateful for your kind words and it gives our care staff encouragement to know they are doing a good job and are appreciated.
I chose Lostock Lodge as my mother was a resident here and therefore I can rest assured that the best care and attention will be given to my husband.
I would hasten to add that my husband is very precious to me and our kids and I can quite confidently say that my family would wholeheartedly agree with all of the above.
Thank you Lostock Lodge for being there in my darkest hour.
Thank you for your kind words regarding the management and staff, this is very much appreciated.
My mum has always appeared clean and well cared for, the staff that I have had interaction with have treated my mum with respect and dignity, you can hear the empathy in their voices when talking to my mum.
During the last few weeks, we have been allowed in due to my mum now receiving palliative care, which is a blessing to be able to be with her when she needs us the most.
The staff have been great, and when I had a mini-meltdown gave me space to compose myself before continuing with the visit.
Like a lot of people, window visits just don't cut the mustard, but I have to admit I enjoyed the Facebook pictures, my mum kept saying she had nothing to do and was bored, the pictures tell otherwise.
Thank you for your kind words, it makes all the difference when we know our staff are appreciated and doing a good job in looking after our wonderful residents.
