Mum has been a resident here since Dec 2022. From the moment I arrived with her, feeling very apprehensive, mum has been shown nothing but care and love. When I go mum is clean and tidy and well nourished. The team are so caring a d can tailor their approach to meet resident's needs. I can honestly say Victoria House has been wonderful for my mum
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to look after your beloved mum, such a pleasure to be part of your lives.
Mum moved into Victoria House 10 days ago. She is very anxious and does not adapt to a change in circumstances easily. All the staff have been amazing with her. They take time to explain things and to reassure her. In the short time mum has been at Victoria House she has seen a doctor, nurse, hairdresser, podiatrist and optician. She is receiving care and genuine warmth.
Thank you for your valuable feedback, I know it was one of the worst decision to move to a care home, it's a pleasure to look after your mum, such a sweet lady.
The staff at Victoria House treated my mum as part of their extended family. I will never forget the care and love they showed her right through to the end. God bless them all.
Thank you Ellen, it was a pleasure looking after your mum and getting to know all of you lovely ladies.
My mum has been a resident for approximately 18 months now, every member of staff are very caring and kind towards all the residents and their relatives, which is very reassuring to us as a family. The care provided is excellent, and the entertainment and activities for the residents is wonderful. We as a family are happy and reassured that our mom is very well looked after in a lovely caring home.

My mum has been in this care home for 12 months and they really care. They are a patient and understanding. Same staff make it easier for my mum who has dementia. Activities over the last month have stepped up which is great to see. She is clean and cared for and her safety is utmost. 100% recommend their home. Thank you to all.

My father came into care in March 2022. This was a very difficult time for me, however, the team at Victoria House made this super easy for myself and my dad. My dad is loved and very well looked after. He engages well with staff. The staff at Victoria House go above and beyond for my dad and have their own little ways with him. I can't thank the manager and her team enough for the amazing work they do. Thank you.

Mum is very well looked after. She has 24/7 1:1 care due to a broken neck and advanced dementia.
Thank you so much for your valuable feedback, and choosing us to look after your beloved mum.
Dad initially struggled to settle in Victoria House following the death of his wife but the patience and tolerance of the staff helped him to settle in. He is now very content and is very happy with the care he receives. The staff are helpful and friendly, keeping me well informed of any issues with Dad. Clean and good food too.
Thank you Steven, it was a pleasure to look after your late mum Sheila, we knew how hard it was for Jim, we tried our best to keep him occupied with diversional activities, even one to one chats. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to look after your both parents, we appreciate it.
My nan has recently gone into Victoria House Care Home for respite. When visiting her she is getting involved in activities, she's been out for a walk to the shops in Latchford with the staff, something she would have never done at home. Victoria House has given my nan her life back and we're hoping we can make this permanent for her. Thank you again to the staff, you're amazing.
Thank you so much for your kind words, it meant a lot for the team and it's a pleasure to look after your nan.
My mum entered Victoria House for respite, the staff were very welcoming and made my mum feel right at home. My mum always stated she never wanted to go into a home. But once there, she settled in quickly, she has lovely company with other residents and the staff can't do enough for her. She now has the luxury of enjoying company and doing activities or returning to her room for some relaxing me time, watching TV or doing her word searches. Highly recommended. Staff and management can't do enough for me or my mum.
Thank you for your kind words, it's a pleasure looking after your mum, and thank you for all your support.
Since Dad has arrived in the home, I feel he has improved, he's well looked after, clean and finds the staff happy and kind.
