When it was decided that my mum needed to go into a care home, this home was recommended by a doctor as it was a lovely home and was very good. The doctor was right, my mum settled in, and I was happy with everything I saw. I enjoy visiting my mum, even though my mum has vascular dementia, she always
seems happy and gets to do things she enjoys still (playing the piano). My mum doesn't talk much now but the staff help my mum eg. painting her nails, getting her hair done, hands creamed and massaged. My mum always looks clean and seems happy, thanks to the staff.

My brother has been a resident at the care home for the past eight years and I visit twice most weeks. I have always been happy with his care and have had a good relationship with the staff.
