Donna is the most established & renowned manager within the Barnsley District, with over 20 years of service to Prospect House.
She has a very hands on approach splitting her time where she feels necessary between the care floor and office.
She is dedicated and talented professional, with high placing qualifications, skills and experience, she has a far-reaching knowledge of care standards and health and safety legislation. Can effectively lead, train, supervise and motivate a team as well as carry out placement assessments and risk assessments for individual service users, formulating individual care plans and ensuring these are met by staff the team.
Janet has provided first-rate service and care for elderly residents in the homes for the past 17 years as a caregiver within Prospect House; preparing meals, assisting with bathing and hygiene, running errands, doing laundry, cleaning, driving, and aiding with exercise and physical therapy
