My name is Shileen, and I have the privilege of managing this beautiful home. I joined Oldfield House in March 2025, bringing with me over twenty-two years of experience in healthcare. I’m a qualified nurse with a background in Health Care Practice, specialising in Intensive Care.
My journey has come full circle. I began my career in a care home, moved on to work in the NHS and private hospitals, and have now returned to social care, a sector I am deeply passionate about. Along the way, I’ve worked in London, Northamptonshire, and now proudly call South Yorkshire home.
With a wealth of experience in both health and social care, I’m supported by a fantastic team here at Oldfield House. We maintain an open-door policy where everyone is encouraged to speak freely and share their thoughts.
We are a warm, cosy, and friendly care home where everyone is treated like family. Our focus is always on delivering the highest standard of person-centred care, ensuring every resident is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.

On a personal level, I cherish my family life and take immense pride in being a mum and a grandma. In my free time, I enjoy baking and cooking for my loved ones, creating delicious meals that bring everyone together.
My long-standing commitment to my role and my love for my family reflects the care and dedication I bring to everything I do.
Hi, I’m Tracey, and I’ve been a dedicated domestic at Oldfield House for 11 years. I enjoy the balance of working independently while also appreciating the support and camaraderie of my team members.
As the PPE and Hand Hygiene Champion, I take pride in ensuring a clean, safe, and healthy environment for residents and staff alike.
In my spare time, I love travelling and exploring new places, as well as spending time in the garden, nurturing plants, and enjoying the outdoors. I’m committed to maintaining high standards and contributing to the welcoming atmosphere at Oldfield House.
