A year on, and Twelve Trees is Mum's home, Mum had and still has such a love for life, and has the opportunity to go on trips to various places of interest that make her sparkle. Thank you, Twelve Trees.

As usual, it is the impact of the staff that is the most important factor, and I have nothing but praise for all the staff with whom I’ve had dealings. As you would expect, they are very caring and patient and always helpful. Arrangements during COVID have been robust, but with limited access to residents permitted within particular boundaries.

The care and dedication of all staff that work here are outstanding. I rest assured that the needs of our father and others are very well looked after. The food is all home-cooked and beautifully presented, the hygiene and cleanliness is always a priority for the building and residents, and the love and compassion that is shown to them, especially during these difficult is wonderful. The staff work to keep all the residents as active and happy as they can be.

My mother's Alzheimer's was very difficult for her as she was always an anxious person, but the staff at Twelve Trees are so kind and understanding that she settled in fairly quickly and has been very happy there for six years. I have been delighted with the calm common sense shown by all the staff; the atmosphere is always cheery, and I have never had a moment's concern. My mother is actually happier now, she enjoys the companionship and tells me she's very pleased she lives there, even though she never imagined that she would be happy in a care home. I would recommend Twelve Trees without hesitation. I have been especially pleased by their sensible management of the Covid19 situation.

The time that Mum moved into full-time care was incredibly difficult for Mum and for us as a family, the team at Twelve Trees helped us at a time when we needed it most. Thank you.

My mum was a resident at Twelve Trees for 4 years. Her care was exemplary during this time. We were particularly impressed with the end of life care given by the staff and other visiting health care professionals. The staff were friendly, approachable and professional.

My Mum lived in Twelve Trees after using their home care service. Lovely people, she was really happy all the time. Really clean and pleasant, they were always doing activities and going places. I would definitely recommend Twelve Trees Care.

My mum was a resident in Twelve Trees for eighteen months, until she sadly passed away in November 17.

Throughout her time there she was treated with care and compassion by everyone, she used to thoroughly enjoy the various activities and outings, and it was treated very much as their home.

In the last few weeks Mum spent there, the care was second to none, she was treated with dignity and respect as we, her family, were too.

First class home with first class care. Friendly environment where the resident's needs are always priority. Relatively new manager who is excellent and maintains high standards.

There is always a friendly atmosphere with lots of activities organised for the residents as well as outings.

Staff are warm, approachable and friendly. The home feels like a home - not in any way clinical. The staff show genuine concern for both the residents and visitors. It feels like going to see my Mum and my friends.

Staff are friendly, approachable and professional. Activities are frequent and variable including outings locally and into wider community. Mum has been to Cleethorpes/local pub lunch/tea rooms. She is well cared for- dignified and clean. The home never smells and always looks clean and tidy but homely. All residents appear happy. Minor concerns raised are dealt with and communicated across the team on most occasions. I cannot believe how well my mother has settled and her quality of life improved.

The home allowed my mum to stay in the home until her passing (rather than hospital) and were extremely kind to us at this time.
