A big Thankyou to the great team this morning for getting mum ready for her early appointment.
Everyone pulled together efficiently and with caring humour. When we arrived back after missing lunch mum was immediately provided with a plate of sandwiches . So thanks to EVERYONE at Red House for your
CARE.

As a volunteer with older people I have visited many care homes in the last few years and Red House is definitely in the top three, possibly the best.
The staff of all ranks are superb and treat all residents with respect, and do whatever they can to help them live a dignified, fruitful life in their
later years. There also seems to be a very low staff turnover which is always a good pointer in a care setting.
My mum's room, and everywhere there, is spotlessly clean and the standard of food, and willingness to cater for my picky mum, is excellent.

Mum went from hospital into the care system. We were so worried she would be upset and want to go home. We needn't have worried. Red House is perfect. The staff are absolutely amazing. Mum loves her bright and clean room. The dining/lounge areas are bright and spacious. The staff are always around.
They are kind, caring and so professional. They welcome us on every visit. Mum is so settled.

My wife is treated with respect and compassion. The carers are all very good and helpful. I don't think she could be treated any better, no matter where she was. I would recommend Red House Care Home to anyone.

My stepmother has been here now for approximately 10 months. Took a while for her to settle in, but now is doing fine she has made a good friend in there. She likes the staff who all seem really nice. The home is a little dated and could do with brightening up a bit but overall it's quite nice.
