She was happy and I feel she had the best care available to her.
The Elms care home is very nice and clean. Staff are very good. Food was very good up to a month ago when we were having a light or buffet meal. I prefer a gravy meal at lunchtime, not as an evening meal. My only complaint.

Mum's first experience of The Elms was in respite (2011/2012) and then as a resident from 2013 until her demise in September this year (2018). We found lots of love, care and attention from the start, the tenderness and consideration Mum was given was exemplary, her room was clean and the food was excellent, we ate there so can say from experience, we also found it to be very nutritious. The carers always went the extra mile and were considerate to both resident and relative alike, they gave lots of support through some difficult times. Overall I would like to say a big thank you.
