My son uses Kirklees for respite (special needs and 1:1 care needed). All seems well. Happy to stay. Clean, kept safe, variable diet. Staff very nice, caring and friendly. Room clean and well equipt. So very happy and reassured to leave him and he enjoys his stay.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is ok.
My friend will miss all the carers as we prepare to move on. Thanks to special staff.
We have seen a positive outcome in our friend and they appear happy at every visit. Any concerns and issues raised are addressed and feedback given. Dignity and confidentiality are maintained.
I think living at Kirklees is good.
The staff are kind and helpful. The food cooked. We do activities every Thursday.
I like coming here. I enjoy the singers and singing with them.
I like it.
I love living here because I love all the staff, love my room, the food is great and I am allowed to cook my own if I want to.
I like helping the staff, we always have good fun and laugh.
I like joining in with the activities, especially motivation.
Daughters stay for respite care was very good. Wish we could do it more often, she loves the experience.

- Requires Improvement - The service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.
