Having come from a different care home in Leicestershire I cannot stress how happy I am with Ravendale Hall. My mums care is wonderful, I am always welcomed when I visit. I would recommend Ravendale Hall to anyone.

Recently, my brother had to urgently move from his previous care home. I decided on Ravendale Hall as his new home and I have not been disappointed in my choice. I was concerned that the move would unsettle him and have an adverse effect on his health. I need not have worried. The staff and managers
went out of their way to ensure they quickly got to know him, so they could respond to his needs. All staff and managers are friendly and caring and give me a warm welcome when I visit. They go the extra mile to ensure my brother is happy and settled, and regularly update me about his progress. Ravendale Hall is not just a business, but a home from home as well.

For my first respite stay in a care home I chose Ravendale Hall; I wasn't disappointed in my choice. The large country home standing in its extensive grounds was what appealed to me. I was warmly welcomed by friendly and happy, supportive carers. Daily entertainment was always on offer if you wanted
to take part as many of the residents did. The food was extremely good and catered for a well-balanced diet. You were offered the choice of two lunchtime meals. My room was bright and spacious.
Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ravendale Hall due to happy and helpful staff along with the cleanliness. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

I am extremely happy and pleasantly surprised that I am treated with such dignity.
My diabetes is very well monitored and stabilised by the staff, leaving me content and happy.

My twin daughters of 35 went for their first taste of respite care in January 2019.
This was a very anxious time for them both (and for me) but they were both looking forward to it.
At our meeting with the manager to go through everything relating to their care, it was quite obvious that she knew
her job well. A lot of questions were asked and this made us feel more relaxed about the overnight stay.
As the staff were very aware that they both were going to be anxious to be away from home they made the visit for them both very smooth, although they did have moments when they were upset, this was to be expected and dealt with very well.
Nothing was too much trouble for them in respect of my daughters.
The next respite stays in April and both are looking forward to it.
I think they have a very professional and respectful team and we are lucky to have found them.
I have rated all areas excellent as my daughters are still talking about their visit, and that proves to me that they felt safe and happy.
