I have always found the staff friendly . Helpful and pleasant to deal with.
They go out of their way to look after my sister and make sure she is comfortable.

Very, very good. I think the staff and support are amazing.
I have my own cottage and my own cat, and he is happy too. The staff help to look after my cat sox and helped to put a cat flap in.

I previously reviewed this home as excellent. My brother has lived at The Manor House for over 5 years. While I was happy with the service, management has changed and the service is no longer what it was. The majority of the staff are good and caring and I still see that when I visit. Management, however, is now poor. Complaints are not taken seriously, and essentially the new manager either ignores you or tries to sweep any concern under the carpet. Also note if you do complain, management will then ignore any future requests you make.
