They go out of their way to look after my sister and make sure she is comfortable.
They took her on holiday to skipsea sands and went the extra mile
The staff take her to the cafe and shopping
I would give the staff 10 out of 10
Thank you, that is a really lovely review and will mean a lot to the team at Manor House.
She always has plenty of snacks and drinks and the staff take her to get these.
She has her own fridge to keep them in. The staff are good with her hygiene and always make sure she looks nice.
Thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to complete this review.

I love living at The Manor.
His care needs are met and staff have been responsive to his changing health needs.
The food is good, and a variety is offered. My brother is involved in decision-making with regards his room decor. I have found the manager and carers caring and they involve me in my brothers care.
Staff take the residents out on trips regularly for socialisation and treats
All staff are helpful.
I enjoy the meals.
I have made friends.
I feel confident.
I have my own cottage and my own cat, and he is happy too. The staff help to look after my cat sox and helped to put a cat flap in.
I’ve decorated my cottage in the colours that I wanted.
The staff listen to people and support me well.
I previously reviewed this home as excellent. My brother has lived at The Manor House for over 5 years. While I was happy with the service, management has changed and the service is no longer what it was. The majority of the staff are good and caring and I still see that when I visit. Management, however, is now poor. Complaints are not taken seriously, and essentially the new manager either ignores you or tries to sweep any concern under the carpet. Also note if you do complain, management will then ignore any future requests you make.
It is nice.
I like living here.
I love the staff.
Absolutely fantastic setup, staff go way beyond any expectations.
