Windsor Care home is a fantastic find. My Dad spent 3 years with Yaqub and his amazing team. They went above and beyond to ensure dad's time with them was the best possible. There is plenty of activity's provided and lots of one to one interaction. I can safely say that my dad enjoyed his time at Windsor court and was looked after extremely well. When the family visited we were always met with open arms and regular updates of what dad had been upto via a designated WhatsApp group for dad and his family.

Very good. Staff seem happy which helps the residents. Many activities and food good and varied. No smell when entering the building. And no agency workers which helps the staff getting to know the residents.

It is a difficult time to see your loved one loose their independence, but it is made so much easier by all the staff at Windsor Court. My granddad has settled in well and is encouraged to joining with activities when he is able to do so. The peace of mind from knowing he is well cared for is priceless.

The care is excellent, and when asked, residents were extremely happy with the service and care provided. Very friendly staff and the owners take special interest in everything that goes on in the care home. I have no hesitation in recommending this care home to anyone who needs it.

My mother went into Windsor Court in November 2024. She had a stroke and a significant bleed to the brain in 2024. She was unable to speak and lost movement to right side. After going in the care of Windsor Court I feel my mother has recovered remarkably. She still unable to walk and needs a lot of support with mobility and confusion but I think the care here is excellent. I feel I can approach staff (any) with any concerns I may have. They go above and beyond for all their residents.

Our mother is very well looked after, the staff are excellent, very friendly, and show great care to the residents. The care home provides many activities on a daily basis, music, creative activities, bingo, quizzes, dancing- this provides enjoyment and stimulation to the residents. Mum is fed well, plenty of fluids to keep her hydrated. We as visitors are made to feel very welcome. Staff also take residents out on excursions. Since being cared for, mum has kept healthy and is well cared for, and we are more thank happy.

I was in another care home where I was not happy, but since I have been here, I feel well looked after. Food and everything is spot on here. I am treated like a king. I made the right decision to come to Windsor Court. I will recommend it to everyone. I am here nearly for 2 years.

This care home is run by a family. The owner and his family are always there taking an active role in its operation. The staff are like family too. Many have been there a long time and everyone is treated as though they matter. Property maintenance is a priority but never inconveniences the residents. My mother is always treated extremely well even though she has high dependency needs. Everyone is professional and well trained and I don't believe there is anywhere better than Windsor Court Residential Home.

Recommended by carehome.co.uk in November 2023, it was the first home I looked at and the last. I was so impressed and it met all my needs and wants. My mother is like her old self again at 95 years old and post Covid she is living life again bringing joy to myself and family. The staff, residents and owners are so kind and caring. Long may it last.

Overall Experience
Mum had been at Windsor Court for a number of years due to dementia. Throughout her stay at Windsor Court, the staff were professional, attentive to Mum's needs and always willing to go the extra mile, making sure she had everything she needed, both medically and personally. There were always plenty of activities on for the residents, and families were always welcome at any time to visit or help with any festivities. Holidays and birthdays were always a good excuse for a party.

I would, without the slightest hesitation, recommend Windsor Court for your loved one. It is truly a home from home.

My mum has been extremely well looked after in the home. She always speaks glowingly about the food, care, staff and management. Providing a cosy and welcoming feel to both mum and all the other residents. As visitors, dad and my brother and I are always looked after with courtesy and respect. I could not wish for a better caring home for mum to be in. She is looked after in exactly the right way.

My mother has lived in Windsor Court since December 2018. She is treated with care and respect. She can be difficult and verbally aggressive, but she is always treated with kindness, whatever her behaviour. I am kept updated by staff of any changes and involved with her care plans. The home itself is clean and well maintained, and always smells fresh and pleasant. Food is cooked on site and is of a high standard. Staff are courteous and friendly and always attempt to engage residents in activities. We are invited to parties held several times a year which are always well organised. I feel my mother is happy and safe there, and I'm happy for her to continue to live there.

The staff and care my mum receives at Windsor Court is really good they have lots of patience with her. It’s very clean and my mum said the food is good. It’s small and friendly and she gets one-to-one attention from the staff at all times. I moved her to Windsor Court from another home as it was recommended to me.

I have always been well accepted and looked after in this home since I was moved here 2 years ago on the closure of my previous placement. Staff are very friendly and caring and easily approachable at all levels. The management of the home is effective and efficient and very resident focussed. There are formal as well as informal methods of seeking resident's views.
