Windsor Court Residential Home

My mum has been extremely well looked after in the home. She always speaks glowingly about the food, care, staff and management. Providing a cosy and welcoming feel to both mum and all the other residents. As visitors, dad and my brother and I are always looked after with courtesy and respect. I could not wish for a better caring home for mum to be in. She is looked after in exactly the right way.

My mother has lived in Windsor Court since December 2018. She is treated with care and respect. She can be difficult and verbally aggressive, but she is always treated with kindness, whatever her behaviour. I am kept updated by staff of any changes and involved with her care plans. The home itself is clean and well maintained, and always smells fresh and pleasant. Food is cooked on site and is of a high standard. Staff are courteous and friendly and always attempt to engage residents in activities. We are invited to parties held several times a year which are always well organised. I feel my mother is happy and safe there, and I'm happy for her to continue to live there.

The staff and care my mum receives at Windsor Court is really good they have lots of patience with her. It’s very clean and my mum said the food is good. It’s small and friendly and she gets one-to-one attention from the staff at all times. I moved her to Windsor Court from another home as it was recommended to me.

I have always been well accepted and looked after in this home since I was moved here 2 years ago on the closure of my previous placement. Staff are very friendly and caring and easily approachable at all levels. The management of the home is effective and efficient and very resident focussed. There are formal as well as informal methods of seeking resident's views.

I feel the care my father receives is of the highest standard. He is treated as an individual and is greatly respected. He is always clean and tidy and appropriately dressed. I know he is very well fed.

Windsor Court is a very welcoming care home. The staff there are ready to assist you upon arrival. Very clean, professional and friendly environment. Lots of activities there that you can relate to the resident's well-being. Staff are always caring towards the residents. Overall I think it is a safe and caring place. I would certainly recommend.

Can't praise Windsor Court enough for the care and support shown to my mum in the last few weeks before she passed away.

The care my father-in-law has received is excellent. The staff are so kind, caring and efficient. My father-in-law says they are all brilliant which means a lot. Certainly, put our minds to rest. Thank you.

I live overseas and feel so blessed to know my brother is being taken care of by such wonderful, caring staff. They are always so obliging when I call, taking the phone to him and keeping me up to date.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable.

We love the staff and the owners are wonderful. Food/room/care we can't fault anything. Dad is always clean/shaved and tidy.

Also, I was aware that I was in an establishment where cleanliness was clearly the order of the day.

Great care home. Looked after my uncle when he had cancer. They really cared for him, as if he was family. Would highly recommend this care home to anyone who is looking for a caring home.

Staff are very caring and helpful to all residents. They all do a wonderful job.

Residents are well looked after and activities are very good to keep them alert and amused. Good entertainment is occasionally provided. Christmas parties are all excellent, all staff are pleasant, friendly and good at their jobs. The good provided is excellent.

Whilst my nana was in Windsor Court on respite for 2 weeks, the staff went above and beyond for her. They made her what she liked for breakfast, especially for her and also catered for her caffeine free diet. She was always well presented and in the lounge, which we much prefer than her being by herself in the bedroom. The home was clean and there were no odours. Fantastic staff all around. Home from home experience.

Very good staff, very friendly, very helpful and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. Excellent.

Individual needs are catered for and I would have no hesitation in recommending Windsor Court to anyone else.
