Windsor Court is a very welcoming care home. The staff there are ready to assist you upon arrival. Very clean, professional and friendly environment. Lots of activities there that you can relate to the resident's well-being. Staff are always caring towards the residents. Overall I think it is a safe

Dad is extremely happy at Windsor Court.
We love the staff and the owners are wonderful. Food/room/care we can't fault anything. Dad is always clean/shaved and tidy.

When I visited Windsor Court I was immediately impressed by the extremely high standard of compassion and care shown to the residents.
Also, I was aware that I was in an establishment where cleanliness was clearly the order of the day.

My aunt has been a resident at Windsor Court for the past 3 years.
I am more than happy with the care she is getting.
The staff always make sure the resident understands what is going to happen to them ie taken to the toilet, given medication etc.
I don't visit at set times, I go when I can 2 or
3 times a week, but whatever time of day I go I am always made to feel very welcome.
My aunt is always clean and tidy, the home is always clean and there are never any bad smells, which can happen with people that aren't well.
Well done to all carers and other staff for an exceptional job.

Residents are well looked after and activities are very good to keep them alert and amused. Good entertainment is occasionally provided. Christmas parties are all excellent, all staff are pleasant, friendly and good at their jobs. The good provided is excellent.

Whilst my nana was in Windsor Court on respite for 2 weeks, the staff went above and beyond for her. They made her what she liked for breakfast, especially for her and also catered for her caffeine free diet. She was always well presented and in the lounge, which we much prefer than her being by herself
in the bedroom. The home was clean and there were no odours. Fantastic staff all around. Home from home experience.

My mam has been in Windsor Court for three years and has always been treated with dignity and respect.
The staff and management are always friendly and approachable and any problems are dealt with immediately.
Individual needs are catered for and I would have no hesitation in recommending Windsor
Court to anyone else.

Both lounges have a homely feel. Staff are friendly and attentive. They make sure residents and visitors feel at home and are always welcome.
