I feel we were very lucky to have found such a wonderful care home for my wife. The care and professional help could not have been better. Management and staff during her short stay was of the highest order and I shall always keep them in my prayers for the excellent work they do for all who pass through
their door. They are all stars in my eyes. Wishing them all the best in the future. I will never forgot the help they also gave me and my family. God bless them all.

The care my nana received whilst here was amazing. Right to the very end, the staff couldn't have done any more for her. Special mention to two staff members in particular - they went above and beyond for nana. They also took care of us while at nana's bedside, it's very much appreciated.

All the staff have been amazing in looking after my nana in her final few months, she never wanted to go into a care home but she felt right at home here thanks to their amazing staff.

I'm happy we Mam's care.
It's home from home, staff are friendly, and lovely to approach.
I would like Mam to have a bigger bedroom downstairs.
I'm pleased to see Mam has settled, that helps me to know Mam is ok.

I feel my Mum is well cared for and secure. This has taken a tremendous weight off my mind as she was struggling to be on her own. She has now been in Clarendon for a year. It has been a difficult transition for her as she was very independent. I feel she is now accepting it as the right move.

When Dad was first discharged from hospital to Clarendon Grange, he was deemed to be 'end of life' and was not expected to live more than another 3 or 4 months. After 2 months, it began to become clear that he was no longer dying. This is testimony to the excellent level of care given to him by staff,
who never gave up on him, made sure that he continued to eat, and gave him reasons to live.
The whole ethos of the home is based on providing care at the highest level possible. Each member of staff shows that they care about every resident and the home itself is kept to such a standard that it feels more like a quality hotel than a care home.

My father needed a greater level of care than he was receiving at home. A bed was found for him at short notice at Clarendon Grange. From the initial contact with the management team to his admission and subsequent care the whole team have been professional, compassionate and friendly. I'm fortunate
that it's just up the road and I can pop in most days and can see first-hand just how well he is cared for. The staff are friendly, provide excellent care for my dad and treat him with dignity. I can't speak highly enough about the whole team at Clarendon Grange, my Dad is coming to the end of his life but is being cared for by a great team of people.

Mum moved into Clarendon House for respite after a period of ill health in hospital. From the minute she moved in she was made to feel welcome. She settled straight away and enjoyed the lovely food and environment. The care and support she got from each and every member of staff was second to none.
As a result of the brilliant care, Mum was able to return home feeling much better.

My mum was part of the family at Clarendon Grange for a few years. She became a resident when Covid guidance was very much restricting our lives. She recently passed away.
The compassionate care conducted in such a professional manner cannot be praised enough.

My father was at Clarendon Grange from 2020. He first went to the sister home, due to his needs he was transferred. In both homes, his care has been fantastic, person-centred and caring with dignity and a sense of humour. The staff really knew him and what made him happy and settled. He was always immaculately
dressed and skin-care was done. The staff were always happy and they have a very low turnover of staff. The manager and assistant managers have been wonderful and caring until my Dad's passing. Their staff team are a huge credit to them.

Beautiful clean homely bright care home. My aunt told me she is very happy there and is very well cared for. She always presents clean and nicely dressed with support from staff.
The staff are lovely, warm and friendly and very informative with our family regarding our aunt.
We attended the recent
18th celebrations and the staff couldn't have been more engaging with all the residents and their families, it was a lovely celebration for all, with a live singer and dancing for all those able. Very nice, safe care home.

As a family. we have been highly impressed with the level of care given to my husband, who is 95 years old and in poor health. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The carers all seem to really care for the residents and really keep an eye on them. There is plenty of stimulation for the
residents. The managers are always present, available and helpful.

It has been an extremely hard time for care homes these past two years but hopefully, things are now on the turn. My husband was placed in Clarendon Grange Care Home six months ago and myself and family cannot fault it. The staff all work hard to make the residents feel at home and is done to a very
high standard. When he first went in, it was a very emotional time but nothing was a problem to management and staff. I was told to ring anytime (which I did). I'm so pleased he is in the care of Clarendon Grange Care Home because I know he's getting looked after.

After not seeing my gran for over a year due to work, I was worried when I was told she had to go into care. After finally getting some time off, I have had the chance to pay gran a visit and all my worries have gone away. The staff are very welcoming and communicate very well. They are all happy and
try to accommodate you in the nicest and friendliest way. Gran's room is lovely and has everything she needs. The home is spotless and gran said she likes the garden, although it's been a little cold lately. Gran said she likes the activities and the staff are really nice and always trying to make jokes. I work abroad but can safely say that I have nothing to worry about grans care anymore as what I saw was brilliant. I can’t praise the staff enough. Although it is work for the staff, to me it felt like it was just one big loving family. I know my gran is in a safe environment where she can relax and I can go back to work without worrying about her as much. It was lovely to see that my gran still had her sparkle in her eyes.

As Covid restrictions have relaxed, I've now been able to access Mum's room which is absolutely lovely. It's clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and feels homely in a very positive sense. I can understand why Mum loves it so much. She hasn't been so well lately and the team at Clarendon Grange
Care Home have been marvellous, as usual, supporting her to be as independent as possible while keeping her safe. They all deserve a massive pay rise!
The activities have started up again and include things like singers, film club, baking sessions, themed meals, games, quizzes etc. There's always something going on to keep residents occupied and almost a year after she arrived, Mum reports she is very happy with the care she receives and is glad she made the decision to move to Clarendon Grange.

Went to visit a friend who is on respite care at the moment. We had a garden visit. The staff were very welcoming from management to the care staff. They were very caring towards him. Brilliant team I would recommend this home for care.

I went to visit my father in this care home as he is in there for a 2-week respite. When we arrived we were greeted by one of the staff who guided us to the rear garden area which was very nice and peaceful. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant at the same time. I did not think that my father
would like it but he settled in no bother and is happy to stay for 1 more week. They have had my father doing his physio every day as a result he is a bit more mobile.
