Overall the care provided is very good, with the team on the whole looking to make sure that they offer comfort, care and security. They make sure of the safety of the care they provide. The food is very good and there is lots of entertainment and stimulation.

From our very first interaction, they listened to me chatting about what my Dad was like, he has Alzheimer's and vascular dementia. They showed great empathy and reassurance, which gave me confidence in making the most difficult decision I've ever made....Finally my Dad was safe at East croft grange. He is cared for to a very high standard and treated as an individual. The team have gone over and beyond to accommodate my Dad with his painting activities. They've made him feel valued and appreciated, this means so much to us both. Everyone is so welcoming and genuine. Always smiles and laughter, making the difficult days feel a little easier. There are so many wonderful moments of joy now thanks to this wonderful team supporting my Dad. Thank you from the bottom of my heart each and everyone of you.

My husband received excellent care while in East croft. The staff without exception, were wonderful with him and also to me when he died peacefully in the Home.

My husband went in this care home. The staff was amazing couldn't do enough for him and me as well I think his room needed spruce up but thats all and food if he didn't want whats on menu they would do him something else great in every way.

I have really enjoyed my stay at Pexton Grange. I was a little wary at first but after the first couple of days I felt so relaxed and comofrtable. The staff are friendly and will do anything for you. The food is a lot better than I expected. If I were forced to stay in a care home for the rest of my life, I would choose Pexton Grange.

I was in the East Croft Grange for two weeks for respite and received very good care. Everyone was kind and helpful.

Staff are really attentive to the residents' needs and treat them all as individuals, with their specific needs. Staff have lots of patience and respond to my dad's needs with care and good humour.

I find Eastcroft to be a warm, welcoming home from home. The lovely staff, who treat everyone with kindness and respect, are always on hand to help and assist. It is a safe, happy environment set in beautiful grounds. Residents can often be found sat out front in the sun, by the water fountain, ice cream in hand. Like many people, I never thought I would have a parent that ended up in a care home but I am forever grateful that it turned out to be Eastcroft.

Eastcroft Grange provides a very welcoming environment as soon as you enter the front door. The staff are caring and courteous, whatever their grades. The meals provided are varied, tasty and much enjoyed. I am always offered as a visitor a refreshment to enjoy a cuppa with my relative, normality. The residents are treated with respect, and lovely to see them mingling, whatever their limitations are. It is a pleasure to visit Eastcroft and leave knowing my relative is in a safe, caring home. Well done, one and all at Eastcroft.

I have had an excellent experience at Pexton Grange.

Overall Pexton Grange is a very well-run and kept place to be. The staff were very welcoming and caring, and nothing was too much trouble at any time of day. All the rooms were kept well cleaned every day there were lots of activities if you wanted to join in. The only complaint I have is the food was not always to a good standard. I was once served a burger that you could not bite into!!! The hospital food was a far higher quality.

I had a fall and spent time there to recover after i left hospital I stayed there three weeks and was well looked after the rooms were lovely and all the staff couldn't do enough for you the facilities were excellent and the meals were nice and the activities were good and it helps to get you out of your room i would highly recommend this home for there excellent care thank you to all the staff

Thanks very much for my stay at Pexton Grange Care Units, I had never heard about this rehab for patients to receive care after hospital care.
