My mam receives the highest of care. The staff treat her like family. She is always happy when we visit. The staff also cared for my dad until he died in January this year. They cared for whole family during a very difficult time.

My husband came to CG at Easter and we found everyone to be very welcoming, they couldn't do enough to make him feel comfortable or to make us feel supported. We feel confident that he is safe and being well cared for. Thank you to all at CG.

The hardest thing to do was to putting my day into a home, but every member of staff was so welcoming and made me feel at ease and showed how caring they all were. The rooms are being updated and will all look amazing once done. The food and drink is always flowing and I get to eat with Dad like being
at home. This care home definitely carers for every of my dad's needs and that's all I need to know. Thank you.

My dad has been here since Easter. Staff have gone out of their way to help him feel comfortable and at home, even throwing a ball with him individually. They have been kind and supportive to my mum too. The whole family have been well looked after in this very difficult time.

Everyone here has been so caring and kind to my father with his dementia and when he passed away. Nothing was too much trouble it is evident the staff all really care about their patients.
The home has the feeling of a big family home!!

I am very happy with the all-round care my partner is receiving. The staff are friendly, approachable and have a very care minded, attentive attitude towards the residents and their family. Entertainment is suitable for their needs (games) and singing groups make a lovely chance to join in. All aspects
of care, support and friendship are met by all members of staff.

My mam began living in East Croft Grange in February. I was very anxious about her going into care. I needn't of worried because management and staff at East Croft have been wonderful. They have supported us as a family through a very difficult time. My mams health and personality has improved. East

From the resident was admitted in December 24 until she died March 25, we couldn't fault the care, the facilities, the food and entertainment all added to her contented stay. Ok the first couple of weeks, she was unsettled, but management advised this was normal, at first, she then settled into the
care system. Her medical needs were looked after to a very high level. The end of life care to the resident and myself was so compassionate, after she passed again staff treated her with dignity, respect and love.. For which i will always be thankful.

I cannot express my words enough on how wonderful the staff have been at Cartmel Grange, nothing is to much trouble, soon as I arrived there was a warm welcome, and everyone has been very supportive with me, food is exellent, very relaxed atmosphere.

Since my relative came to this home Cartmel Grange, she has been treated with exceptional care, respect and dignity. She is quite complex and some special needs. She was in other care homes before coming here, this home is far superior in the care they give. Cannot praise the manager enough + the staffs
approach to giving care.

Feel at ease when entering the care home.The staff are friendly and so helpful my father has Vascular Dementia. He is looking better and eating better also joining in with the good entertainment and signing. He was made a fuss of on his 94th birthday and cake, we all had a lovely time. Staff cannot

My granddad is very well looked after and since moving to the home he has become brighter and happier and enjoys the music and entertainment. The building and bedrooms have a very pleasant atmosphere with a bright and positive feel. Staff are attentive and caring and spend lots of time making sure everyone
is looked after and comfortable. Seeing your loved one struggle with dementia is very difficult, and it is such a huge relief knowing he is getting well cared for, and is safe and happy. Thank you all at East Croft.

From the 1st home assessment to my mam going into the home we felt the support and care from the care team. It is such a difficult and emotional time putting your loved one into someone else's care. My mam as come on so much since being in the home. The care and stimulation from the activities seems
to have brought her out of herself and she is really relaxed and chatting more. We get feedback from the team and feel like we can ask anything to the staff.

After my mother's husband died she was living alone, very depressed and unhappy. We took her to East Croft for a few day care sessions she really liked everything about it and told us she wanted to stay which we did. She's much happier and healthier now, and we are happy with that everything about East
Croft is excellent not a bad word to say about the place.
