Anna joined Hollybank as the registered manager in 2023 and has been an asset to the home.
QCF 5 in Health and Social Care, Higher Apprenticeship in Care Leadership and Management. Anna has worked her way up to Registered manager, starting with working as a physiotherapist for 5 years, and Senior Carer for 6 years at Cumbria View Care Ltd. She then progressed to A supervisor/ relief manager at Applethwaite Green, and then on to Branch Manager at Routes Healthcare. Since joining Hollybank Anna has worked closely alongside staff to ensure that the standards of the home are maintained to a high level, and she supervises all the work undertaken in the home along with organising all training.
