The staff at Norcot are all very friendly and helpful and genuinely care. Myself and my family have had peace of mind since my daughter has been at Norcot, as it's a safe environment and the staff always there ready to help in any way they can.
My dad seems so much better and happier since moving here. He is cared for well and someone always lets me know of any changes or problems. I am very happy with the care he receives and he looks well and happy.
Care staff are always welcoming and they can't do enough for you.
I came here two years ago and find it the most welcome home I have lived in. The staff are all friendly and deal with my problems with care. I look forward to moving on next year but will recommend this home if I ever need to.
My review was successfully completed. I was very pleased with it. I like the food, living here. Everything was fine.
The staff are very thoughtful and help you in every way they can. The home is very clean. There is everything there for activities when we are able to use them.
