I feel when I walk into Cherry Tree very happy. My mother is always smiling and looks at home. She told me the first week she was there that anything she asks for she gets. Mum always looks clean and tidy her clothes always match. When I walk into her room it is immaculate we have made the best decision ever.

From everything to the building there is a friendly atmosphere and a very safe environment. All staff know what has happened to my mother and keep us up to date with her condition. Mother's room is both very clean with a bright outlook from the rest. The staff are all very kind with my mother, regardless of her behaviour and health condition. We are informed about all aspects of her care.

My mother came into Cherry Tree Care Home in the middle of the year. She has settled well and gets on with all of the residents and staff. She has really enjoyed all the outings they provide and in her words says: "It's a wonderful place to live". Each time I visit, I am made very welcome.

Both my parents have been living at Cherry Tree since Christmas- one just before, one just after. In a very short time the home has provided two very vulnerable people, but with very diverse needs, a safe, caring, supportive and friendly environment. The staff have also found time to reassure my husband and me.

Cherry Tree was introduced to myself and family members in August 2015. During this time I have found this care home to be extremely caring and supportive to my mum and recently to my dad, they are both treated and cared for with the greatest respect and dignity and I have complete confident and trust in their service.
I have met many of the staff and found them all to be friendly. helpful and very approachable which of course these days is a rare quality!

I believe the best compliment that I can pay to Cherry Tree Coedpoeth is that we as a family are happy for them to be invoved with the care of my parents

My mum's room has been recently redecorated and the home has recently had a full refurbishment. The communication between management, the deputy manager and staff is good. The home communicates well with the local GP's as my mum's care needs are complex. I am very happy with the care and have a great relationship with the staff.

My mum lives at the home and I visit almost daily. The home has had a refurbishment and all the chairs are very comfortable and all new flooring is lovely. The staff are very helpful and friendly and communication with management is good. My mum is very well cared for at Cherry Tree and has lived her for just under three years.

My Mother has been a resident at Cherry Tree Care Home for 4 months, previously she attended on a day care basis, 4 days a week. In total she has know the staff for about a year, during that time everyone without exception have been kind, helpful and very patient with Olive, who is over 100 and be quite difficult at times. Her room is spotless as is the residents lounge and her clothes and personal cleanliness without fault. The manager and her team will always listen and were very supportive of me in the initial period when I found it very difficult

Hi, I’m Claire Millisip, and I am one of the Senior Carers at Cherry Tree Care Home. Altogether, I have nearly 5 years of service here. I first started at Cherry Tree as a carer, and within a few months, I became a stand-in senior. I then moved on to working days as a senior carer. After taking some time away, I returned to Cherry Tree in a domestic role, and I am now back doing what I love. During COVID, I also lived in the home for 6 weeks alongside the team to help support and protect our residents. Cherry Tree means a lot to me – it truly feels like a second home, and the residents are like family. I love being part of their lives and making a difference every day.
