When a relative goes into care, the decision and process is extremely difficult to contemplate, but the owner and staff here made the transition so much more bearable, showing incredible care and compassion which my grandparent thoroughly appreciates - as do we as a family too!
We had a wonderful day on Mum's 100th Birthday. The manager and the staff had a lovely buffet and drinks organised. The local mayor came to congratulate Mum. It was a very memorable day. We even had a singer to entertain us. Such a great occasion; we will always remember it. Mum was thrilled!

It's not difficult giving a review about Redcroft, from the staff to the owner there is nothing not to be satisfied with. Every resident, not just my mother, are treated with the utmost respect and dignity by everyone. Not forced in any way to do something they're not happy about. The variety of...
It's not difficult giving a review about Redcroft, from the staff to the owner there is nothing not to be satisfied with. Every resident, not just my mother, are treated with the utmost respect and dignity by everyone. Not forced in any way to do something they're not happy about. The variety of food is great and they are always given choices for each meal and helped if necessary, a very important fact is that they are all constantly reminded to drink fluids, so important and often missed with elderly care. They have entertainers coming in regularly for sing songs etc which is great. All medical needs are taken care of and if a problem arises the doctor is called out straight away, which is peace of mind for relatives who can't always be there. 100% score from me, keep up the fantastic care, it's much appreciated.
