Rhoslan care home is set in a quiet community within walking distance to the village of Rhos-on-Sea which sits on the beautiful North West Wales coastline.

The home offers comfortable and homely environment where qualified staff are on hand 24/7 to provide support to individual tailored care as required.

The only visiting restrictions in place are during mealtimes. Residents are free come and go as they wish and activities and outings can be arranged with the individual as desired.

The staff have really made my feel at home ,She's settled in nicely .she loves joining in with things .and they have let me join in too when I visit , two members of staff in particular is amazing, and all the staff are friends and family now .thank you for everything you do not just for mum but for
all residents.

Very pleasant as you walk in the door. You are met with very pleasant staff. I found the place, clean, always nice, nice and pleasant in the garden. Lovely place to have afternoon tea. The lounge is very nice and clean. Nice floorings, very well managed. TV and radio, games. Always plenty to do high
praise for the staff, very clean always. Rooms nice, spacious. A home that is well managed. Very caring staff all round.

My mum moved in this year and I can not fault anything!
The staff are amazing and always friendly.
My mum feels safe and has not stopped smiling since she moved in!
Her room is decorated how she wants the food is amazing.
The residents come first. From the day we were shown around the home to
now we feel like part of a family! A particular staff member and your team thank you so much for making this so easy for me and my mum.

My sister has settled well into Rhoslan. The staff made her very welcome and spent time with her to support and reassure her on admission. I have always found the staff to be positive, pleasant and helpful at all times. They are always ready to listen to both my sister and myself if we have any questions.


The

food and cleanliness of the home are excellent. My sister really enjoys her varied and tasty meals. The activity programme the residents have is also excellent. The manager is always at hand to help.
