Following his respite care, it was decided that in my Father in Laws best interests would be for him to become a permanent resident at Treetops. We as a Family, are really pleased about this, as he has settled in really well, always looks clean, presentable and clean shaven. The Staff are all very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. We are happy that he is being well looked after and is safe at all times. Home is also spotlessly clean and a very welcoming environment.

After coming to view Treetops for the first time, for a care home for my dad, it was so welcoming, bright and homely. Dad moved in to Treetops in June 2024, and loved his new room. Dad enjoyed the company of other residents and the staff. As I live in Cornwall, it was such a blessing to know my dad was in a safe and caring environment. The staff are all wonderful, with a wide variety of activities to keep all residents stimulated and lovely food options. Sadly, Dad passed away in August 2025, but in that time, he was at Treetops he was treated with, love, care and dignity. Thank you.

I think she will be happier during the warmer months when she is able to sit in the garden and have some fresh air.
