Baltimore House

My Mother in Law is extremely well cared for at Baltimore House, the staff are fantastic, supportive and do really care about the residents. They do lots of activities with the residents including taking them on days out. I would definitely recommend Baltimore House if you are looking for a residential home for a loved one.

Excellent care home, clean, nice rooms. Good food. Caring, attentive staff. All residents treated with kindness and respect.

Baltimore House really has become 'HOME' to my elderly Mother who has alzheimers, in a very short space of time (7 months) My Mum has really settled in very well and she loves the companionship that Baltimore Hse offers, she enjoys her new friendships with residents and staff alike - it really feels like a caring home where my Mum feels secure safe and most importantly very happy.

Beautiful accomodation, the staff are so friendly and professional. From the moment you walk in you feel at home. Every one is always smiling.

It was an absolutely lovely experience visiting Cynthia today and finding her so happy. I have been very sad thinking that she had to go into a home. But after visiting her I am complitely satisfied that my dear friend seems so happy.

Sometimes avoiding an answer is the answer.

Unfortunately her room is on the 3rd floor and her accessed by a lift (or stairs which due to her condition she is unable to use). She prefers to stay in her room for most of her time because every other resident has Dementia, at present. I am hopeful her life will change for the better is she is able to have a ground floor room a.s.a.p.

I am very happy with the care my mother receives at Baltimore House, all the staff are very capable, caring and supportive.

As a family we will always be eternally grateful for the support, care and compassion that you showed to my Dad. You are an incredible team who go above and beyond. Dad's final year was spent in a safe and beautiful environment filled with laughter and love. There are so many of the team that meant so much to pops and he made strong bonds with many carers and staff and trusted them like family. The support you've given us as a family is phenomenal. Thank you for everything you do and continue to do for many others in your care. You are truly remarkable

This home is really special to its clients and family members. Their care and compassion is second to none. My friend is so happy there and I know she is cared for and respected as are we. Nothing is too much from us ringing or visiting. We got lucky choosing Baltimore House, as an ex-carer, I am very pleased with them.

Baltimore House has been fantastic. The manager made the onboarding very easy. All the staff have been very welcoming to my mother and also to me and my children. My mother is very happy at Baltimore House, which is such a relief. She is always clean and well dressed when we visit and the food looks amazing!

The staff at Baltimore House are very friendly and caring, they have taken the best care of my nan and always put her needs first. Communication is perfect I'm always kept updated on nan.

Lastly the staff have been so welcoming to us as family, I have an autistic son who loves visiting nanny , usually he struggles with people he doesn't know but since we regularly visit some of the staff already know his name and are always accommodating

I am very grateful for the care mum has received from Baltimore House. The home is in my opinion of very high standard. The staff are very skilled and meet the needs of all the residents. The management and understanding and easy to approach. I feel my mum is in a safe and secure environment. The home is very clean and homely.
