My brother has primary progressive MS so needs constant care round the clock.I find all the day staff really nice and very good at their jobs and my brothers needs are all seen to satisfactory and efficently with a couple of staff going above and beyond for him,I can dedinetly tell who his favourites
are.

I visit my wife every day and I've always been very pleased with the level of cleanliness of the lounges, the visitors' pod and my wife's room. The same goes for the level of care and attention shown by the staff to my wife and other residents. Particular praise should go to the Activity team for their
hard work and constant cheery interaction with residents and the activities they organise for them. I see for myself how much they brighten the residents' lives and how much genuine concern they show for them.

The staff at Bellavista are very pleasant and professional. They treat the residents with respect, maintaining their dignity at all times - the events Manager are very good at getting the residents to join in the activities They have garden - skittles Bingo & others. They have movie days where residents
can watch a film, chocolates & juice provided - The families are encouraged to take part in some of the activities - They also have days out for shopping & to have meals out in the local pub. My Mother has thrived since she has been here.

My mother has been a resident at Bellavista Barry since November 2021. Bellavista's care for my mother has been very good, coping with increasing dementia. Mum is now 96 years old and where she can join in to activities, Bellavista always encourage her. They also do their best to get her to eat as this
is a daily problem. Bellavista are also proactive in dealing with problems as they occur such as when Mum has become unwell. We have always been kept up to date with what is going on.

My father-in-law has been staying here for 2 weeks on respite, and will be here for another 5 weeks.
He is an independent character but has started to settle down and is being very well cared for by friendly, competent and caring staff. There is a cheerful vibe to the home and as visitors we are always
made to feel welcome.
He is joining in activities and is very much enjoying the food. He always looks well dressed and cared for on our visits. The security is excellent and we feel this is a very well managed home.

My mother was in temporary respite care whilst my brother had double knee replacement surgery. Mum said the staff at the home were lovely and took care of all her needs. She enjoyed the activities and was even taken on trips outside the home. She made new friends and found all the staff from managers,
receptionist, nurses, cleaners and kitchen people to be very kind. Would like to thank everyone at Bellavista for making this a pleasant experience

My aunt has been a resident at The Waverley for over 8 years in the Sea Views section and during this time the care she has received has been outstanding. The attention she has received from nurses and carers has been excellent and it is very noticeable that they, and other staff, including cleaners,
maintenance staff, office staff, kitchen staff and the receptionist, are always cheerful and interested in the residents and visitors.
My aunt's room is spacious and always clean, as are all other areas, and the building always smells fresh. There is a good variety of food on offer.
I am very pleased that we chose The Waverley for my aunt when she needed nursing care and I would recommend The Waverley without reservation.

Staff are always welcoming and friendly, especially over the Christmas period. The home is clean and well-looked-after and secure. The residents are well cared for and staff pop in to check that the patients are safe and secure. Medical staff and non-medical staff are equally friendly and happy. Good

It was one of the most difficult decisions our family had to make putting Dad into a care home after he developed Alzheimer's and was in the latter stages and Mum could no longer care for him. The initial meeting and walk around with Phil put our minds at rest and seeing how the other residents were
treated by the staff made a difficult choice quite easy.
Dad moved in at the start of October and sadly passed away on the 23rd of January. When he initially moved in, he was confused and angry, but the staff were so patient with him and treated him with care and compassion that the transition became easier. I regularly visited sometimes without notice and would see them with him when they didn't know anybody was watching or listening and their compassion and professionalism carried on even when they thought they were out of the public eye. Ceri , Charmaine , Raj , Dimpl , Anjana and the rest of the team were amazing and made sure that every day he felt loved and cared for.

My mother has been a resident at College Fields since 2022 and throughout her time there has enjoyed College Fields being her home. The staff are fabulous. Kind, caring, respectful, knowledgable and with humour. Their dedication to the comfort and care of residents is clear. The team work together
to deliver top quality care. This includes the entertainment team, cooks and cleaners. And the care extends to families too. Any questions or support have been listened to and l responded to quickly. I would absolutely recommend College Fields to any family going through the challenging decision and pathway of nursing care. Both my mother and I feel very fortunate that's this is now her home.

My father Tony was there for 5 months with dementia, sadly passed away yesterday very peacefully, we can't give the place enough praise, from the manager to the cleaners, they are so caring and attentative, not just to the residents but also to friends and family visiting.

Lovely place, she felt at home.
Loved the staff, they even became her friends. Lots of activities, even in her room when unable to attend. Able to decorate the room as she wished, even picked the wall colour. She chose Liverpool red.
Great visiting hours, never felt like we had to leave. Food was
a little old fashioned for her taste. The Kitchen manager even made her a menu to try that would suit her taste/fussiness. She would sometimes have her own food brought in, that the kitchen staff would heat up for her. Nothing was an issue, She never had a bad word to say.


The care and friendship she received during her time at college Fields was a real comfort to the whole family.
