I find the service given to my wife very good. Staff always available to answer any questions that I may have and they look after my wife with very good care, very pleased she is in a good home which looks after her.

My sister is currently in the Waverly and has been for over a year. Earlier this year she had an accident in that home which resulted in her being taken to hospital for treatment. Her injury was so severe that the hospital doctors did not expect her to live. However she did live and was returned to
the Waverly, When we enquired what had happened we were told that she had fallen causing her head to impact with something. We were never given the opportunity to question the six staff members who were in the room when she fell and never received an apology. I do not consider this to be correct and since then it has been hushed up. I wish my sister had never gone to that place.

The care centre is well staffed and well organised. Each resident's needs are determined, constantly monitored and care regimes updated accordingly. The building itself is clean, warm, modern or modernised and the outside areas are attractive and easily accessible for residents, visitors and equipment.
In short, i am very pleased with the level of care my wife receives.

My wife has been in the care of the Waverly Care Home for the last 6 years. They have looked after my wife very efficiently, they have been very caring, very clean and have been very good. The staff have been very polite and if i have asked any question they have explained everything very clear.

Cant thank the management and staff enough. Mother is always look pristine, everytime I turn up (out the Blue). She looks better now than in the last 5 years when she was not in the home.

Mum has dementia and was in 2 other homes before coming to Bellavista. She always asked when we were taking her with us when we visited, and always seemed confused and distressed, but since moving to Bellavista she very rarely asks to leave which tells me she is happy there, since she isn't always
to get her words out. The staff and managers are caring and friendly and always update us on mums daily routines. Myself and my family can't thank you all enough for looking after her.

Cleanliness is spot on. Care is excellent, staff are very pleasant and also very caring towards my husband, couldn't ask for better care, he is always clean and tidy and well looked after. Realisation that you have come to the end of caring for your husband is sad & painful & full of quiet. When the owner & manager of Bellavista came and visited us at home, I felt they understood my pain & were sympathetic and wanted to help. My husband was difficult, and his behaviour and needs were
challenging.
Though the last 4 years, we have both been shown understanding, care & consideration as well as good nursing care. Where will we be in this country without people who give so much & get rewarded so ungratefully?

Baltimore House has been fantastic. The manager made the onboarding very easy. All the staff have been very welcoming to my mother and also to me and my children. Since arriving at the home my grandmother's cognitive abilities have improved no end as well as her physical and mental wellbeing. The home provides not only care and support but a place that residents can call their home especially as the majority would have had to leave their original dwelling due
to health complications.
The improvement in her mood and feelings show every time we see her, she's always telling us about crafting sessions or games or day trips, she loves the staff who are so polite friendly and have a great sense if humour! The staff are apwa6s on hand suould she need reassurance or a chat.
The food is varied and not overwhelming meaning she is always eating something that benefits her health.
Lastly the staff have been so welcoming to us as family, I have an autistic son who loves visiting nanny , usually he struggles with people he doesn't know but since we regularly visit some of the staff already know his name and are always accommodating

My mum has been a resident at the home for over 2 years. She was admitted as a result of her advanced Alzheimer's and my sister and I were so worried about her moving into a home. However, the staff were so welcoming and understanding and we couldn't be happier with the level of care and attention
that mum receives. The staff at Baltimore made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with and mum now views Baltimore as her home and place of happiness.
The staff always keep us informed of any issues immediately and we are encouraged to call in or telephone anytime that we feel we need reassurance or just an update.
There are always plenty of activities throughout the week and mum is encouraged to join in. She especially benefits from the musical activities as she loves singing and dancing. The staff are always kind, caring and compassionate.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Baltimore House.
