My Mother in Law is extremely well cared for at Baltimore House, the staff are fantastic, supportive and do really care about the residents. They do lots of activities with the residents including taking them on days out. I would definitely recommend Baltimore House if you are looking for a residential home for a loved one.

Excellent care home, clean, nice rooms. Good food. Caring, attentive staff. All residents treated with kindness and respect.

Baltimore House really has become 'HOME' to my elderly Mother who has alzheimers, in a very short space of time (7 months) My Mum has really settled in very well and she loves the companionship that Baltimore Hse offers, she enjoys her new friendships with residents and staff alike - it really feels like a caring home where my Mum feels secure safe and most importantly very happy.

Beautiful accomodation, the staff are so friendly and professional. From the moment you walk in you feel at home. Every one is always smiling.

It was an absolutely lovely experience visiting Cynthia today and finding her so happy. I have been very sad thinking that she had to go into a home. But after visiting her I am complitely satisfied that my dear friend seems so happy.

Assisted with hard logistical difficulty getting from England to Wales, every bit of information was a great help. Great Communication from everyone and huge support to our family with the assurance that father was well looked after. Staff were attentive, kind and very caring. Beautiful building and welcoming. The management in College fields are amazing and there was nothing that was to much trouble or no question that couldn't be asked. Amazing.

Management have been responsive and approachable whenever we have raised concerns always promptly and openly. The home is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm atmosphere. After an incredibly difficult few months for our family, knowing Mum is safe and treated with respect means everything. The staff have made a very hard situation so much easier to bear. Cannot thank them enough.

Having moved to the Waverley my partners spirit understanding and well being has improved immensely. On her third day of residency she said I love it here. She has been in hospital for the previous 15 months.

My review or any review is based on a snapshot of the daily life at the care home. I visit for 3 hrs/week. My sister is calm, looks happy and is presented to me in a clean + tidy, well fed, well dressed. My sister is unable to speak so observation in necessary. The staff are kind, helpful, patient, welcoming. The building is clean, warm, well maintained, secure, accessible and well located. Heartily recommend.

College Fields Nursing Home used to greet me alot of smiles and very friendly. Staff were very helpful and very nice to my mum. The activity people were very nice and very talkative when we visited. It was nice to get so very friendly with some of the other people staying at the home.

Also the staff are so caring and keep our family informed every step of the way with my father.

When I finally got back to the UK to be with her in her final stages, I had my baby son with me. I was worried about bringing a little one into that environment, but the staff were amazing. They looked after us just as much as they looked after Mum, making us feel completely welcome and supported. Seeing firsthand the kindness they showed during those last days was deeply moving. Thank you to the whole team for making a very difficult time feel peaceful and respectful. We couldn't have asked for more.

Communication with family is excellent they keep us informed which gives us peace of mind. Mum has dementia when we visit she says, 'this is such a good hotel I don't want to leave, the staff are so friendly, the food is great, there's always something going on.
