It's truly a relief to know that I can trust the staff at Bellavista and I have nothing but respect for all the staff here because they do nothing but their best for their patients and families.

Residents are able to eat meals in their rooms if they wish but are encouraged to use in the dining room. There is also a theatre room with a large screen for residents to watch sports or other entertainment. Relatives are welcome.

My father-in-law has made no complaint regarding the varied selection of meals and every effort is made to provide something else if need be. He is always clean, the laundry being done every day. The care he receives is very good, staff are very kind to him even though he can be quite demanding on times.

care needs that she had. She received visits from GPs and Marie Curie nurses. She also had access to a nurse that had a specialist knowledge of bed sores. She received the level of care that you would expect from a hospice. She had a kind, dignified and caring place to end her life. When you are away from your loved one it gives peace of mind to have 24-hour access to staff and it was never any trouble for them to give a report of the exact state of affairs. The senior nurses we spoke to were professional, caring and experienced in their roles. I can honestly say that I was completely confident that my aunt was receiving a very high standard of care. Thanks to the whole team.
