Wayne is also happy. Staff always helpful, caring and always happy to chat with you.
Thank you so much for your very kind words. It's really lovely to hear and I'll make sure I share this with the team, as I know it will mean a lot to them. We really do want the home to feel warm and welcoming, where people are cared for with kindness and there's always time for a chat. Thank you again, it is really fabulous to receive this feedback.
Yours sincerely
Kathy

The girls are always welcoming and the house is always well presented and clean.
Thank you for everything.
