Springfield supports adults aged 18 to 65, delivering tailored care that respects each individual’s preferences and aspirations. With six comfortable bedrooms, Springfield focuses on creating a safe and inclusive space where independence is encouraged and people are treated with dignity and respect.

All the staff have been amazing and have supported my daughter so well, especially during the sad times.
The girls are always welcoming and the house is always well presented and clean.

Claire is the Registered Manager at Springfield, having taken on the role in January 2023. Prior to this, she was one of our Senior Carers within the same home.


She has over 20 years of experience working within the care sector, and during this time, she has supported people within a wide range of different settings. She is passionate about ensuring that residents are treated with dignity and respect, are offered choice and control over how they are supported and are given the opportunity to be as independent as possible. She is never happier than when seeing an individual making progress in achieving their aspirations'
