My only issues are around the poor maintenance of the outside garden area, the main grassed area is inaccessible for residents & visitors, poor outside seating.

Kelly is the Home Manager of Victoria House, bringing over 15 years of experience in the care sector.
She is deeply passionate about ensuring every service user lives a happy and fulfilled life, with a strong commitment to delivering truly person-centred care. For Kelly, wellbeing is always at the heart of everything she does.

Kevin worked at My Choice Healthcare (Luk Ros Bungalow) for eight years as a Support Worker. In March 2024, he was promoted to Senior Support Worker and moved to Victoria House, where he now supports residents within the home.
Kevin enjoys his role and is passionate about supporting residents with their individual needs.
