Overall Experience

My gran recently passed away after living in Williamwood house for 2 years. Making the decision about my gran moving into care was very difficult, however, due to her severe dementia, this was the safest option. As a senior nurse within the NHS, I am very aware of staffing issues, time constraints and workload. Williamwood staff showed great empathy to not only my gran but all the family. I will recommend this care home to anyone who is struggling to care for a loved one with dementia. The staff showed person-centred care and treated my gran with dignity and respect at all times. My family and I, cannot thank them enough. Williamwood house are amazing and treat their residents with compassion, understand dementia and provide excellent care.
