The management team has gone above and beyond, taking time to explain processes and provide reassurance when other services did not. They supported us through every stage of a difficult transition with patience, professionalism and understanding. I have complete confidence that my mum receives exceptional care, and I am incredibly grateful for the positive difference this wonderful team has made to her quality of life.

Mum has settled in well and is being very well looked after by all the friendly and hard working team. She has such a good quality of life and company and I know I feel so much happier that she is living in a place where she is safe and that feels like home. All family members chat away to each other too and share experiences. Staff keep us up to date with activities and visiting professionals and keep me well informed. Mum is always clean and well dressed and fed at all times. She always has a cup of tea in her hand . Couldn't be happier with all aspects of her care

Can't believe the entertainment that the Staff has organised for Christmas, so much care and attention has gone into making the home look fabulous. My aunt had such a wonderful time today all the staff are very attentive it really is a special place can't thank all the staff enough for their kindness.

All the staff at Swinton Hill Care Home are polite, respectful and attentive to Mum'd needs. They all have the skills and experience to do their jobs with proficiency. Knowing Mum is being well cared for puts my mind at ease. The care home is kept clean and tidy at all times. The managers and staff have a great interaction with all the residents and their families.

Families and visitors are made welcome and the separate room for visitors to make tea/coffee is great. Recommended!

From the moment I enquired about a place for my sister I have received nothing but friendly professional care and support from the management and all the staff. When my sister was interviewed she thought they were lovely people and was reassured about her placement. I visited and spoke to managers and was shown around the facilities. I was very impressed by everything I saw, a very relaxed atmosphere, friendly attentive staff. A daily menu and activities board available for all to see. The freedom of movement of patients and staff's helpfulness and respect for patients. I am very glad my sister was accepted. She is happy.

My mother is a resident of Swinton Hill Care Home. She has been a resident for over a year and I can honestly state my mother has been well cared for. She is always well dressed and clean. All the staff are fantastic and can't do enough for all the residents if there is any problem regarding my mother. I am informed immediately. Me and my dog are always made welcome.

When my wife was diagnosed with dementia I was devastated and having to pick a care home was daunting, the first place was Swinton Hill and I knew immediately that it was the best. The staff and management made it an east decision. I can only say that the staff and residents have become like an extended family. They have entertainment every week and treat everyone with dignity.

Not all superheroes wear capes.

My mother is a resident of this care home for over two years. Cannot fault the staff - always friendly and willing to assist and help my mother. The facilities are good. My mum was always looked after, clean, with diffident clothes, and always well dressed. She enjoyed the activities- bingo. Easy access when it was visitor's time.

I cannot recommend Swinton Hill Care Home highly enough, as the care and dedication shown by the staff towards my mum over the past four and a half years have been truly outstanding. They have gone the extra mile to ensure that my mum's needs have been catered for.

Have been visiting for a few years now. Never had any issues with my friend's care and treatment. The accommodation is comfortable and clean. Staff work hard using patience.

Throughout the four years of her stay, the care that she has received from the staff has been excellent. As my mother is 98 and has several health issues, we are grateful to the manager and her dedicated staff for the way she is looked after.
