I can't thank Templeton and all the staff enough for what they have done in the last year, it has still been tough for everyone, but for a family who was heavily involved in the day-to-day care of our nana and papa, they have understood the importance to stay connected with them in any way we can and have provided us with as much contact as possible. I would like to thank them also for the high level of care they have provided for them as well.

Angela joined Templeton House almost 3 years ago, initially as a care assistant and has quickly progressed through the ranks into a team leader role. Angela enjoys working at Templeton House because of the positive attitude of the team and how this reflects in the care that the wonderful residents receive. She loves that there are always lots of activities for the residents, which she and the team are happy to join in with, and the residents teach her a lot along the way.
Kelly joined our Templeton House in 2022 as a team leader to work within the residential unit. Kelly has since trained in dementia care and is now our dementia champion. Kelly has a fantastic understanding of dementia and guides our team.
Eric qualified in 2016 as a nurse in Ghana. He joined Templeton in July 2022 to become a staff nurse in the Kintyre Suite. Eric’s choice to become a nurse was because of an accident he had when he was a young boy. During a stay in the hospital, the love and care he got from the nurses while in made him want to be able to offer that same care and compassion that he received to others.
Morag joined Templeton House in November 2020 and really enjoys her job, taking pride in what she does every day. Morag loves that Templeton House is a happy home with lovely residents and a team.
James is the maintenance operative at Templeton House, and my job is to keep the building's fabrics, fittings and equipment in good working order and condition. Before coming to Templeton House, James worked in several different job roles in care home settings over the last 5 years. James is a painter and decorator in trade, and loves that he can continue to use his skills in his current role. James loves working here and getting to know and spending time with all the residents.
Adele’s hairdressing career started 40 years ago when leaving school. She then went on to own her own salon until starting her family. When her son started school, Adele returned to education and gained a Level 2 and 3 in Social and Residential Care and an HNC in Social Care. This then led Adele on to work in various roles within the care sector for over 25 years, and she has now returned to hairdressing within Templeton House. This role allows Adele to use all her skills and knowledge gained to ensure the residents in Templeton House have a holistic experience when visiting the salon.
