I can't thank Templeton and all the staff enough for what they have done in the last year, it has still been tough for everyone, but for a family who was heavily involved in the day-to-day care of our nana and papa, they have understood the importance to stay connected with them in any way we can and have provided us with as much contact as possible. I would like to thank them also for the high level of care they have provided for them as well.

Tracy qualified as a nurse in 2009 and has worked in care homes her entire career, starting as a newly qualified nurse to deputy manager.
Tracy has plentiful experience in the care of the elderly and dementia care. Tracy is a naturally caring person which she believes is an important value to have.
