I visted my grandmother at the care home on Easter Day and was truly impressed. The staff were warm and attentive, ensuring every resident feel special. The easter activities were thoughtfully organised and brought real joy to everyone. The food was delicious and well presented. I am grateful for the

Visted my uncle end of feb and was pleased with the cleanliness of the care home and care being given to my uncle. The staff are quite polite and engaging with the residents.
Activities for the month was displayed at the lobby, which was well detailed.

My father-in-law was admitted to this home via hospital, following a severe brain bleed. All the time in hospital, he was abusive and violent to all staff and family. He has been at Cherry Orchard, exactly one week and is a totally different person. All the staff have treated both him and us with total
respect and have made him feel welcome and at home. I do not know what training the staff receive but the standard is extremely high.

Mum has been in the care home for 9 years, and throughout these 9 years it has been outstanding. Unfortunately we lost mum very recently but the care that was given through this by Cherry Orchard was absolutely amazing. Mum's whole time in Cherry Orchard was been everything we wished for. Mum was always
looked after, clean tidy and fed very well. The whole staff of Cherry Orchard are so caring and kind and we have gained a family, I couldn't have wanted mum to be anywhere else than Cherry Orchard. They made mum's final days and hours very comfortable and also looked after us.

I am so impressed with the home and I am very very happy that my husband is in such a caring place and how amazing some of the people are who work there. I do understand that not everyone thinks so but I am in awe of how patient they can be at times and I am eternally grateful for that too.

For many years whilst my wife has been in care at Cherry Orchard the care and surroundings has been nothing but 100% at all times.
Contact is made to me if any situation arises.
All the time this only happens on rare occasions.

I visited my uncle and was pleased with the care and support he receives from the team at Cherry Orchard. He looked well-kempt and happy. The home environment looked clean and smelled fresh. I watched the resident getting busy with the activities. The activity co-ordinator is doing an amazing job. The

Just a few words to say what an excellent experience I and the family had from the care home. Sadly, my dad, who passed away recently, was a resident at the home for almost a decade, and during that time, he was treated with nothing but the respect and dignity you would expect from a well-run care home.
The staff, from top to bottom, were so kind and friendly, making our visits very comforting during this difficult time for both my dad and family. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cherry Orchard Care Home to anyone, and once again, a big thank you to all concerned.

Dad was very happy at the home after he was accepted by management. The home is managed and staffed to an excellent degree. Service users are treated with the utmost dignity, and their needs are met with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. Every staff member from the nursing team, admin, management
and carers needs to be commended. I would recommend it without reservation.

My wife, of 62 years, had Alzheimer's, sadly she has now passed but is now at peace and out of pain.
She was at Cherry Orchard Care Home for five years and the care she got was very good. Tthe carers and management were exceptional, delivering such a high standard of care over those years. The home
is clean and the meals are freshly cooked every day. My wife, unfortunately, could not join in the activities but there is a lot going on at the home.

We found the management and staff very helpful. They treated my cousin as if he was a family member. His room was always clean and there were clean clothes always available. They always phoned us if he injured himself, no matter how minor his injury was. They made finger food for him as he was always
on the move. We are satisfied that he received the care we had hoped for him.

My mum came here in May 2021. She was uncontrollable, the staff here have been very professional, kind and very helpful. Always there to help if any problems. I would definitely recommend this home. It's always clean and the entertainment is brilliant, also the food is of high quality.

We're devastated that Dad has to be in a care home, particularly during Covid-19 and lockdown. We haven't been able to visit as often as we would like but we're reassured by the management team and staff at Cherry Orchard Care Home that Dad is being well cared for under very difficult circumstances.
We are grateful to see him looking well and appreciate that the Cherry Orchard staff are doing their best to look after Dad on our behalf.

Very secure and the longer my wife has resided in Cherry Orchard, the greater my admiration for the quality of care that my wife receives.
The staff are so professional and dedicated to care that has to be witnessed to be believed. Anybody can make nice comments but when you actually sit back and witness
the care in action you know from your own personal experience of dementia, it’s the best.


The food is very good quality and freshly prepared.


I had a call last year from a dear friend who is a magistrate and had just visited my wife, and informed me that she considers the home and the food is the best she has ever witnessed in the care environment. Believe me she never holds back on her opinions, and it was not solicited, but it was refreshing and reassuring.
