Thank you for your kind feedback, it is a pleasure to have you stay with us as part of the Parkfield family. We are always trying to provide high-quality care with dignity and compassion and are grateful for your kind words and are so pleased that you are finding the staff helpful and pleasant. It is unfortunate that you are not able to join in fully with the group activities on offer at Parkfield due to your mobility problems.
Cecilia, we cannot thank you enough for your heartfelt feedback and comments. We are so very grateful that you chose Parkfield House for your mum's care. Your mum was such a lovely lady and it was our pleasure to welcome her to our family and take good care of her. I can honestly say, on behalf of the whole team, that we all miss her smiling face and her wicked sense of humour! What a character! We also miss her family visiting as well and of course the lovely cakes and surprises that was brought for both mum and the team. Your kind words will mean a lot to the team and are greatly valued. Feedback allows us to ensure that we are delivering a very high standard of care and support for all of our residents and their loved ones. I will personally ensure that all of the team are aware of your beautiful comments and feedback. Thank you so very much again for taking the time to complete this review.

Hi Rowena, many thanks for your kind comments. We were so impressed by the hugely generous response to our cupcake day, an annual event that our residents and staff really enjoy preparing for. We are blessed to have such supportive families and a wonderful local community - both were incredible sources of strength during the pandemic. We are keeping our fingers crossed for better times ahead!
Hi Pat, what a kind review! It's so nice to hear that you think that your mother is well looked after in a clean, safe and happy environment. She's certainly a big personality and has become a great favourite with our staff since she arrived all those years ago. We're pleased to say that she's also gone from strength to strength. There have been difficult times recently, thanks to the pandemic, but we are hoping (like everyone else!) that the worst is now behind us.
Thank you for your positive and heartfelt review. We are pleased that you felt our whole team looked after your late sister with understanding, compassion and cheerfulness. She is much missed at the home and we are, of course, all very sorry for your loss. We would like to wish you and your family the very best for the future.
Dear Peter, many thanks for your very kind words. It was both a privilege and a pleasure to look after her during the time that she was with us. Now that she has moved on, her presence is much missed by all the staff and the other residents. We would like to offer our very best wishes to her, yourself and the rest of the family. We very much appreciate that you have always been so supportive of the home.
Dear A E, thank you so much for your kind review. We are grateful for your generous words and pleased that you feel satisfied with our care and support. It has been a real pleasure to meet you and your family and to care for your mother. We feel strongly that you and your sister are very much part of our Parkfield family, just as your mother is. We are also so pleased that you like our food. Before lockdown you would often visit over the lunchtime period and have lunch with us, so you know first-hand what our menu is like! We do work hard to ensure that our meals are nutritious, enjoyable and suitable for all requirements. We look forward to seeing you at the home again soon.
Hi Mark, many thanks for your positive review. We are delighted you feel that your aunt is in such good hands and you are kept regularly updated about her health and wellbeing. Our staff enjoy looking after her and she is a very important part of our family here at Parkfield House.
Hi Mike, many thanks for your positive review. We are delighted that you feel that your aunt is in good hands and being well looked after. During a difficult and worrying time for relatives we have worked hard to ensure that they are able to keep in touch with and see – if only virtually – their loved ones via Skype and Facetime. Your aunt has certainly learned a new skill and we’ve seen how much she enjoys using it! We have recently resumed visits to the home – at this stage by appointment only – and I know that she will be looking forward to seeing you soon.

Mum came to Parkfield on 05/11/2018. Since then she has been well
I know that mum is in the best place she could possibly be and I know the rest of the family feel the same. The manager and her team run a tight but friendly ship and long may it continue!
