Uchenna began their career with Mission Care in 2014 as a Nurse at Elmwood Nursing Home, initially working on the EMI floor. Demonstrating a strong commitment to clinical excellence and person-centred care, they progressed to the role of Senior Nurse and later Clinical Lead. In May 2024, Uchenna was appointed Home Manager at Willett House Nursing Home.
Throughout their time with Mission Care, Uchenna has actively pursued professional development, completing a range of training programmes including Level 5 Best Interest Assessments, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS), and Skills for Care’s Well-Led course. These experiences have further strengthened their leadership and clinical expertise.
With a passion for nursing and a deep dedication to residents’ wellbeing, Uchenna is committed to delivering high-quality, personalised care. They take great pride in helping residents live with dignity, joy, and purpose.
