Mum has been a resident here since March 2026, she has been so well looked after by everyone since she arrived. Mum has dementia/alzeimers and has some behavioral issues now. The staff are all first rate and has received outstanding help and care as she moved through this difficult time. She is settled here, she recognises everyone and has put nearly a stone on since arriving!! The home is spotless everyone knows your name, everyone is caring and so very kind to Mum. Mum is spotless too!! Thank you Willett House, a wonderful new home for Mum.

Last week marked three years since my mother moved into Willett House. From our first visit, the warmth, clean surroundings and professionalism of the manager and staff reassured us. It felt like home then, and even more so now. As a family, we are grateful to know Mum is safe, respected and well cared for. Her food is freshly prepared, and her hydration and weight are carefully monitored, with prompt action taken whenever needed. Any concerns I have raised have always been met with kindness and a willingness to help. Mum's Christian faith has always been central to her life, and the Christian chaplain is a wonderful part of the compassionate and holistic care she receives. This week she is visiting a museum in London with Willett House, where her grandchildren will meet her-a full-circle moment, as she once took them there on school holiday outings. Indeed, we never know what the future holds, but thank you to the management and staff for holding our hands every step of the way.

I cannot express how relieved, happy and grateful I am for Willett House. I had so much anxiety putting my mum into a nursing home as well as the realisation that my mum will never be the same again. But, the staff and carers have been absolute lifesavers and I don't use that analogy lightly!! They always have time for the relatives, and are so friendly and welcoming, they really are brilliant!
They are not only experts in their fields, but they should also be acknowledged for acting like 'counsellors.'
I definitely believe that I would be in an extremely dark place if it wasn't for them!

From the bottom of my heart , I cannot thank them enough for everything they do!!! I would recommend Willett House to anybody, the care is impeccable and when going through a trauma like we all are, I know I've made the best choice in my life!

Our Mum has been a resident at Willett House since October and has received first-class care since the moment she arrived. Mum has the later stages of dementia and can be difficult at times but the staff have been so very understanding and compassionate in nursing her through her daily life. The property and residents are always clean and the staff are always helpful.

We feel we could not have got a better care home for Mum in this difficult time of her life.

On discharge from hospital on 'end of life care' my mother spent the last month of her life at Willett House suffering from advanced dementia. The care she received was outstanding and the staff were excellent. Everyone we came across seemed to genuinely and deeply care about her dignity and comfort even though she was largely oblivious to such matters herself. Please do not be put off by the slightly dated decor compared some newer homes, the care and attention we received as a whole family was so much more important.

We were so grateful for the wonderful end-of-life care our mum received at Willett House for the short time she was there. All the staff were so kind to Mum and to our family and made her last days peaceful and painless in a home-from-home environment, which was such a comfort to us all.

My Dad spent the last few months of his life at Willett House. The staff are caring and compassionate and show him nothing but respect at all times. He was always clean and dressed and the staff took the time to get to know him. Everyone was very friendly and caring and nothing was too much trouble. I was always made very welcome when I visited and knew that my Dad was safe and well looked after.
I was contacted regularly with any updates on my Dad's health and care.

Thank you to the brilliant staff at Willett House for all you did.

The care my wife got over the last year of her life was excellent. I was always kept informed if something was different and how my wife was doing. Her clothes were always clean and my wife’s personal care was really great. Good hair cut, nails were always cut and looked after.

I don’t even have the words to express my gratitude to all the staff at Willett House for how they have cared for my nan over the last eight months. They have made the last months of my nan's life as happy and comfortable as could be. Every member of staff is kind and compassionate and could not have made the last few days any easier. Losing a loved one is hard enough and everyone went above and beyond to ensure my nan was as comfortable as she possibly could have been along with all her loved ones there to see her. They informed us of every little thing going on no matter how big or small and we just could not have done it without them. Thank you so much to everyone for your love and support towards my nan. We will be forever grateful.

My partner went to Willet House after a long stay in hospital. The care he received was second to none.

All the staff, without exception, were kind, patient and caring. I would recommend this care home to look after your loved ones, knowing that they would be safe and cared for to the highest standard.

Dad was discharged from hospital into the nursing care provided by Willett House Nursing Home in October 2020, in the middle of these challenging times. Dad was in very poor health upon arrival and I had my concerns about how this unassuming nursing home would cope and respond to dad’s particular care needs. My concerns were unfounded because from the outset thanks to an extremely experienced management team, highly skilled and professional nursing, determination and a genuine human kindness shown by absolutely everyone I’ve now come to know, Dad pulled through and is gradually settling into life at Willett House Nursing Home, whilst being kept safe. No family wants to see their loved one go into a nursing home, which is why I cannot adequately convey how reassuring and comforting it is to know that Dad is cared for day and night by this amazing group of people at Willett House Nursing Home. They show Dad the utmost patience and respect every day, its truly inspirational. I’m humbled. In my mind there is no where better.

My father has been in Willett House now for nearly six months and has been cared for wonderfully well by the staff in Primrose. He is safe, well cared for and content. My family are always happy to visit and are made very welcome and it is a comfort to know that he is happy and so well cared for. A big "Thank You" to all the staff on Primrose.

Friendly, caring home where my mother with advanced dementia and Alzheimer's has lived for 4 years. Physical care is excellent, activities are very good and the food is very well received. It is freshly prepared at the home and the selection offered is excellent. The internal decor in the communal areas is being updated which will be well received by everybody, and the individual rooms are clean and bright. The garden is a lovely place for all to congregate, weather permitting. I like the fact that, because each wing has its own small lounge, the home has a slightly higher staff resident ratio than homes with large lounges.

My mother has been in Willett House for approximately 10 years. I am happy and grateful for the care she has always received from the dedicated staff. There have been many staff changes during this time but on the whole, standards have remained good. However, in the last few months, the activities staff have changed and activities have deteriorated somewhat. Interaction and general stimulation are lacking. Compared to the previous staff.
